I spent reaaaaally good time your place. I was able to stay with security. Your officers are kind and warm consideration to me. The environment of the hotel is so nice, we can find good restaurants for foreigners, not only local residents. We enjoyed a lot . Please say thanks to all your marvelous staffs.

My staying was just OK, they ran out of coffe and bread! On my next day, I did prefer to go around to have a nice breakfast.

Staff very nice, clean room & kitcken

The location was excellent, in Condesa, close to Chapultepec Park. The room was spacious. Other than getting an extra roll of toilet paper on our first day, our room was not cleaned for the four days of our stay despite putting out a door sign requesting cleaning.

My wife and I stayed at the gallery during our 3-day visit in Mexico city. Despite being a small hotel with 6 rooms, it's a lovely place that offers great service. The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. We stayed at the attic room on the third floor which is super bright and has a lovely skylight. The room has all the essentials including air conditioner, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, microwave, hair dryer, dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee tables plus dishes, utensils, glassware and a lot more. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and a few minute walk to the train station.

The receptionist and the manager tried to give us a different room from the one we paid for and booked originally without any explanation. Their service was very rude, unprofessional and horrible. Do not book this place if you want to have a nice and proper check in experience.

The room was spacious, clean with a separate kitchen and a comfortable bed. Relatively quiet except except noises carried up the stairs from the rooms below(noisy children). Breakfast was meager and barely adequate portions. We were willing to a higher price for this hotel anticipating a good breakfast. Be prepared to check out promptly by 11:00 or you will have staff knocking on your door every 5 to 10 minutes. Good location.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel It is in a great safe residential area close to embassies. The manager, Mabel is extremely helpful with advice and taking care of the clients. Several reasonable small restaurants close by.

When I arrived my room was not ready, and receptionist couldn’t find my reservation so she called her supervisor. It took a long time for them to find it, the receptionist did her best to get room ready. Their advertising showed a complimentary bottle of wine, I reminded night staff but she said “she will talk to supervisor and let me know in the morning “ nobody said anything next day and nothing was given to me or even a “ sorry “ about this. This hotel definitely needs to improve a lot if they want to have more people staying at their place

An unpretentious property offering comfortable accomodation, friendly and responsive staff, breakfast of the guests choice. The place is immaculate.

The staff are incredibly friendly here. That being said, there were a few things that I felt were not up to par given the price for this property: - water pressure in the shower was non-existent, and hot water was inconsistent - the TV remote batteries were dead, so we had to swap out batteries in order to control the box - property seems a bit old, so even though it was clean, it still felt a bit dirty

This quaint hotel was located in the Condesa neighborhood about 25 minutes from Palacio de Bellas Artes (without traffic). It is within walking distance to Chapultepec Castle. It was easy to grab an Uber. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot water however was a bit fidgety and would get cold after a few minutes. Other than that the room was okay. We did not get the of wine that should have been included. Breakfast was filling, they offered fruit, tea/coffee, toast and your choice of omelette and hot cakes. The was staff was very nice and attentive.

Well located in Condesa walking distance to Chapultepec Park and Russian Consulate. Excellent breakfast included. Mabel was great assisting us in getting taxis and upgrading our room
