Our room was very clean and spacious and it was quiet. In addition, the area near the hotel was pretty interesting and we found plants worth recording. The meals in the hotel restaurant were good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again!

Parking in the past was behind gates. This time apparently staff had all parking and none was available.
Rooms are Baja normal. Relatively clean and maintained.

Our room was very clean and spacious and it was quiet. In addition, the area near the hotel was pretty interesting and we found plants worth recording. The meals in the hotel restaurant were good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again!

A dog in a near room was left unattended and barked non stop from 6pm to 10pm. Staff did nothing after we finally complained at 8pm. Everyone in the hotel could hear the barking. Staff didnt care. Food on site, tasteless excuse for Mexican food. Parking lot was full of trash and broken pavement.

Roman was better than photos.
The receptionists are slow and indifferent but other than that the play area, food was good.
You do have to pay the Baja California fees every time you go past the hotel towards south, since the hotels is on the border to the left side.

We were assigned to room 105, After entering and settling in, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant smell of urine emanating from the bathroom. We checked with the reception desk and requested a different room. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed us that all rooms were fully booked and sent a staff member to clean the bathroom. Despite their efforts, the odor worsened because they used a very strong bleach (Clorox), which released an overpowering chemical scent and made it extremely difficult to sleep that night. It was a very disappointing experience.
