This is our second time visiting! It is a family place, and staff is friendly!

Everything was super ,good food employeers so attentive and lovely attitude super clean and I felt safe all time

The property was excellent! It is a place if you are only going to lay by the pool and not really do much more. The food for me was horrible but I am a picky eater. One of the shows was really good. Staff were ok but some just seemed rude. Not sure if it was a communication issue. Membership selling was a big issue for us. We met the first day there and asked how we liked the resort. We hadn’t seen anything yet! If you are not at all interested, don’t from the start no matter what is promised. One side of beach was not well maintained, while the other was great.

The property was clean staff is great .. just had a couple if issues water mark in our room ceiling.... need a kittle updates

Family friendly

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the resort! It was clean, safe, and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

The staff went above and beyond. The concierge begins by walking you to your room and showing you around, answering any questions you may have. Our concierge had a very sweet demeanor. The restaurants were all good but kimonos were the best with wait staff and food quality. I love the resort keeps so much flora and fauna. The only potential negative is that when buying the inclusive package it stated all gratuities were included but it’s quite obvious most waiters expect a generous tip in addition. So if you stay here be sure to add that into expenses. Being a buffet style restaurant it seems odd to expect that, too serve drinks. The guy who worked the beach needs extra tips walking back and forth in the heat and being so attentive. The pools are large and well cared for. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever seen. There is a dancing show with popcorn on Tuesdays that is great for everyone. All in all the best all inclusive I’ve ever had. Also we went in seagrass months but the staff had it cleaned so it was never a problem (those workers deserve a raise) and the snorkeling was still great!

The resort was incredibly clean, the room was excellent, and the staff helpful and friendly. The only wish was for a few more dinner options, as reservations at the two main dinner restaurants were difficult to get.

The rooms was cleaned well daily. Free room service. However, dining options were limited, reservations were difficult, rules changed daily at the bars, indoors, and with making reservations. The beach was awful. Barely anyone even went to the beach. The area around the resort was not family friendly as people say.

Good value, very clean. Most of the staff was very friendly, some not so much. Limited restaurants with extremely limited reservations. Time share owners get preferential treatment, it’s very obvious. Overall it was a good vacation and our family may return at some point in the future.

EXCELLENTE!!! We had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived with Jonathan in the front lead bell boy, took our bags, welcomed us home. He helped us with everything from bags to taxis. Front desk, our gamer friend Gina helped us upgrade our room from an ocean view to an ocean front, took care of any reservations questions and all room and resort questions we had. 1 thing we could have done without was the hustling concierge that wanted to sell us a timeshare so bad he followed (escorted) us to our room and even called our room twice to get us to come to a timeshare showing. I understand it’s a business, but once we said, “No, we are on a family vacation with plans all week”, he should have gotten the hint and allowed us to enjoy our time hassle free. Other than the slight annoyance from the time share which really wasn’t a big issue, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect! Pools, food options, food quality, room quality, cleanliness, room service, themed nights, it was top shelf greatness from beginning to end!

El hotel me pareció muy bien, las instalaciones muy limpias y la comida súper rica, lo único que me dejó un poco decepcionada fue la playa, ya que solo en una de las fases está disponible para poder disfrutar del mar. En general muy bien, muchas gracias por la atención

The staff were average and the food was terrible. It was my first time and will be my last time. Stay in Cancun it’s way better.

Es bonito el hotel pero le falta mas variedad en la comida, y la verdad no es tan buena.
