Overall pretty good. It is a family owned small hotel. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is not fancy, but pretty sweet. The people working there are very nice. I have no complain and enjoyed my one-night stay there. The only issue is that the hotel is difficult to find. I walked by it twice and didn't see the entrance. The google location is correct, but the door is so easy to miss. It is a hidden gem once you found it.

La atención fue muy buena, quienes atienden nos recibieron de buena manera y la limpieza de la habitación estaba muy bien realizada.

Amazing place to stay. The owner and staff are so friendly. Walkable distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk away. 15 minute walk to the central bus station. Loved it, will stay again! Free water at the front desk and complimentary coffee is available from 9:30am-11 Highly recommend

My only issue was that there was no signage and I arrived on New Year's Eve and there was no attendant. There, as in most of Mexico, was no number on the outside of the building so there was no way to confirm I was at the correct place. There was also a sign on the door directing you to enter on another street which also had no signage. Eventually i knocked loudly and the staff person came to the rescue. Other days staff was at the reception door as you would expect. All else was as advertised and near perfect!!!

It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful.

Very nice property, Very much safe. Few really good eating place in walking distance. only problem we faced was no hot water in our rooms. But they gave us extra room to use washrooms. On the whole, it was a very nice stay.

Small villa but if is just to spend the night is fine, the hot water is not continuous fluent comes and goes, shower head just pour water everywhere, no toilet paper for the first two days, dark street from the villa to the main road, no coffee on the room or on the front desk.

I liked how central it was. Very close to the main strip and lots of shopping and dining options close by. The room had a fridge which worked very well. The pool was nice and the option to refill the free water was a nice touch! Free coffee too.

Perfect place for exploring Tulum and its surrounding. Quiet and peaceful accomodation to chill at the pool after a busy day. Perfect base to explore the town at night. Downtown is in nearby walking-distance. Highly recommended!

Tres bel hotel. Proche de la plage. Bon petit dejeuner, tres bon service massage. Proche du centre de bacalar en voiture. Par contre le chemin d'acces a l'hotel est pas dans un tres bon état. Le wifi suivant l'emplacement de la chambre est difficile a capter. Mais l'hotel et le personnel sont tellement top que les 5 etoiles sont plus que méritées 😊

Le logement etait spacieux et agréable. Les propriétaires ont été tres arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée etvde départ tardif. Bon emplacement. Nous recomandons.

Stayed here in early October '22. Very nice quiet property. Pool was excellent. We had the standard triple room above the pool and it was perfect for us. There were some good restaurants within walking distance (La Coqueta for tacos, El Cayuco for seafood, Papaya for good 100 peso pizza) as well as a convenience store a minute away and a large grocery. Great cheap bike rentals a few blocks away (corner of Escorpion Sur and Calle Sol Ote.). Easy access to the bike paths going to the beach or to the temple area. Cheap laundromat with beer and food nearby (Bo). Great birdlife and reptiles in the courtyard, green geckos, large iguana. It's an ideal location in Tulum so long as you don't mind riding bikes to the beach. The rooftop bar (Nana) wasn't loud when we were there and they do have great cocktails (a bit spendy but good). Georgina at the front desk was very nice! We'd stay here again!
