overall, the room is very cozy, for the price we paid completely acceptable, great communication via WhatsApp. Easy to access secure.. highly recommend “El restaurante pueblano down the street and la botella bistro after 9pm. Problems. dryer was rusted couldn’t use and the balcony was dirty due weather. bring your own coffee

Estuvo excelente, muy tranquilo y fácil de ubicar. Cualquier duda la resuelven rápido

1. The access to the gated community property requires a key to a gate lock. 2. There is a secondary access gate at the property, but the remote control is inside the unit, unbelievable. So wait for another guest to open the door fot you. 3. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. 4. Bottle water offered has no tags or labels, where does it comes from? 5. The HVAC remote has no batteries, so good luck to make it work. 6. The nightstand clock has a cable but no AC adapter to plug itto the wall. 7. The balcony sliding door security pin is too low due to new flooring height, so such door can't be opened, no balcony acess & no air circulation. 8. The bed squicks so loud just by seating at the edge. 9. The shower floor drains very slow, so be prepared for the shower experience at half anckle height. 10. When calling the host for letting him know about the issues, the answer was "let me see what I can do".... of course nothing happened. 11. The link for payment didn't worked, so good luck with that. 12. Finally... there is a surveillance camera about 12' from the room aiming the masive window, so if you open the curtains for day light or view... for sure you're been seen by the camera, meaning there is no privacy. It was a terrible experience.

Pues encontramos muchas telarañas dentro del cuarto, la regadera no funcionaba correctamente y aparte de eso no había café ni nada.

Nunca respondieron llamada, no hay letrero, luz, personas

Loved their rooms

I texted in the morning for instructions, no response, I texted when we got there about 1 pm and I called, no response. when we returned after 3 pm it took a couple of calls before I was able to speak to someone for instructions. The shower head was broken.

The Villa was really comfortable, cozy and inviting. Really clean and easy access.
