スタッフは皆フレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できた。 周囲に商店や飲食店はあまりないが、割と近くに23時まで営業しているスーパーがあるので買い物には困らない。

No se puede pagar desde la página, ni con tarjeta en el hotel. Tuve que pagar con efectivo , al momento de pagar no tenía vuelto, me quedaron de d at al día siguiente ( lo cual no ocurrió). La persona no es la misma . No manejan el idioma inglés. Demasiado ruidoso. Lo pedí con desayuno, no estaban al tanto , tuvieron que ir a comprar y cocinar, perdí más de 1 hora. Algunos servicios del hotel no están disponible.

Ariived and waited ten minutes for someone to check me in. Then they couldn't initially find my reservation. The breakfast was not great the first day tea and a croissant that wasn't very good. Then the second day it was eggs and ham. Back to croissant for third day. The housekeeping was here are more towels and soap. Location is OK. Can get off bus 30 from bus and walk 5 minutes. Grocery store nearby. 15 minute walk to Mall Dova. Buses are inexpensive 2 or 3 per trip.

Great property within walking distance of the downtown area, parks and the train station (all within 15-20 minutes). Really good internet too.

Vi har rejst meget og er ikke sarte, men det her var en noget blandet oplevelse. Rengøring under al kritik - nogle dage måtte vi selv bede om det. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Nogle gange manglede der f.eks. ost - værten sagde bare "njet", og dagen efter var der stadig ingen ost. Badeværelsesglassene blev overhovedet ikke vasket op, så ind imellem var det en "gør det selv" oplevelse.Engelskkundskaber hos personalet i receptionen var ikke altid optimale. Men sengene var komfortable, og selve placeringen af hotellet i var perfekt i forhold til byen.

No one comes to clean the room no dustbin in the room after asking them many times but no one provided any dustbin

friendly staff, location was good too, good value for money, English can be a challenge but most staff could manage in English. room was spacious.

Krótki wyjazd, potrzebowałem w miarę taniego, ale przyzwoitego hotelu. Bella Donna spełnił te oczekiwania. To niewielki hotel, ale w miarę przytulny i dobrze prowadzony. Minusem są śniadania, które są serwowane na zamówienie i dopiero od ósmej. Pokoje czyste, z tv i internetem. Okolica dość ruchliwa. Ogólnie polecam na kilkudniowe pobyty..

The hotel advertises that it has a restaurant, but the restaurant is closed. It advertises that it has an airport shuttle, but it doesn't. It has not place to park and is located on a narrow street. The buildings on each side are in bad condition. The rooms are on the second floor but there is no elevator, just a narrow stair way. The beds have old, spring mattresses and are not too comfortable. The only amenity in the rooms are small refrigerators and a small TV. There is a public WiFi but it is weak. The receptionists do not speak English. I would not recommend staying there unless prices is important.

Отель отказал предоставлении одного из двух номеров,которые ранее подтвердил по электронному бронированию,мотивируя переполненностью отеля.Однако,утром на завтраке вместо шведского стола была скудная яичница,т.к.шведский стол готовится от 5 человек и более.Такой нонсенс просонал объяснить не мог.

Good location, close to the city center and to some of the city’s beautiful parks, walking distance to the train station and the central bus station. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I’d stay there again if I was going back to Chisinau.

Arrivé à l'hôtel, la chambre réservée (et confirmée quelque jours avant) avait été donnée à une autre personne. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue le soir, sans autre excuses que "sorry" …. Un grand merci à l'hôtel Chisinau pour sa compréhension et son accueil

Hotel e camera puliti, personale giovane e gradevole. Per gli standard "europei" 3 stelle sono troppe .... ma per qualità in rapporto al prezzo pagato non mi è parso male.

Very nice cozy hotel with a very good location close to the heart and most visited part of the city, restaurants cathedral and beautiful park. Service was also very good and the staff was very accommodating especially Greogery and Nelly who both made sure everything was OK and to my satisfaction. Good breakfast and WIFI. I highly recommend.

It depends what are you looking for. I traveled for a business trip so I was looking for a decent and cheap room, comfortable and accessible to and from my meeting places and internet access. From this perspective, this hotel provides you with a comfortable and cost-effective room. The breakfast was the same each morning, so I would say this is an area needing improvement and diversification -- good coffee though, very nice and helpful front desk staff, a limited selection of TV channels, mainly in Russian, accessible location, close by a nice supermarket - supermaket Nr.1. If you are looking for luxoury accommodation, definitely this is not the place to go. If you need parking, this is not the place to go, but if you need a decent affordable room, than I would recommend to go for it, and keep your expectations at minimum.

This cheap and cheerful accommodation is beset by problems. Despite advertising a restaurant, it was never open except for breakfast for the entire period of the stay (six nights). The rooms are small and cramped; the water pressure poor. Laundry took four days to be returned. On the other hand, the WiFi was good and the staff pleasant.

Located in city beside public transport. Friendly staff. Good security with night porter. Very comfortable bed after a long delayed airline trip. Receptionist brewed a good strong cappuccino for me which I greatly appreciated. Nice breakfast of bacon, tomato. Omelette , bread, tea and yogurt . Pleasant stay definitely
