We read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong side, so it wet all the small bathroom when we took a shower,. We complained about the smell, the light and the TV. the light and the TV was fixed only on the second day,the smell just got weaker but never gone, the breakfast had a potential, but the things that should be hot, being put in a container that should keep them hot, but the heating never turned on underneath, so they were not hot, With all the problems that we had, they never offered an alternative room. By the way, the room that we stayed NEVER featured on any official pictures of the hotel, not on their website or expedia.co.uk

The breakfast buffet is like no other. All pastries and dishes were made in-house, with fresh ingredients and plenty of options to choose from. Te service was excellent. The staff was certainly committed to give us personalized attention and making sure our requests were taken care of in a timely manner. They made us feel at home.

The hotel could be very nice but the primary problem is the smell in my bathroom. Every evening when I would come into my room there would be a sewage smell coming out of the drain of the bathroom floor. I would cover it up with a towel and open the bathroom window which then made the bathroom cold. Other than that the hotel is nice. For the amount of money they charge, the hotel simply is not worth it. There are many other and better options in Chisinau. I visit 5-6 times each year to the city for business and Park Lane will have to step it up and take care of the smell problem if they are to compete long-term with the other hotels in the area. I would think this was a unique problem that only I had (the smell) but in looking at other reviews it apparently is an ongoing concern. I would stay there again if I didnt have much of a choice because the rest of the hotel is okay, but it would only be because other hotels I prefer would not be available. Oh also, the breakfast looked wonderful and they do a good job with display but the taste, selection and quality is less than desired. No one there to assist with breakfast and no simple choices such as cereals or fresh fruit.

A truly fabulous hotel with really high standards of decor, cleanliness and service. This is prob any the best hotel we've stayed in and would highly recommend. Room was excellent, staff were extremely helpful and breakfast with champagne each day a bonus! Although there is no restaurant there isn't a top restaurant with very reasonableness prices on the opposite corner.

Cannot fault this hotel, friendly welcoming staff, good breakfast, clean modern rooms and convenient for the centre of town.

I fell on my feet staying here. Not one sign of wear and tear in the whole place. I got there at 8:00 am due to an early flight . They let me have breakfast , stored my luggage , got me a map of town and did everything they could to help. The staff were great throughout . Nice quiet location . Just on the edge of the diplomatic quarter . A short walk to all the key places. No lift , but I suspect few hotels here do. Walking back late at night felt very safe. I'd thourughly recommend the hotel

A very nice family hotel in the embassy district of Chisinau. The staff is there at all time to help you in any way. Near a big park with i a nice lake (small beach). Armenian restauurant on the other side of the street, one of the best in town. I also recomend "Andy's food market" downtown.

Hotel rodzinny, widać, że włożone jest w niego całe serce właścicieli. Obsługa fantastyczna. Hotel znajduje się w spokojnym miejscu, do centru Kiszyniowa 15 min normalnym spacerkiem. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe. Śniadania urozmaicone, smaczne. Gorąco polecam.

Accueil et hotel super, nourriture tres bonne et varié, les personnels tres polis et souriants, les chambres et la salle de bain tres propre et joli. 4etages mais pas d'ascenseur -le seul inconvénient. Pour les bagages les gens de l'hotel vous aiderons.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like a valued guest. The hospitality was five star: from assisting with arranging excursions to parking and the breakfast. The room was impeccably clean and it's clear that all the staff take pride in working there. Would highly recommend.

One of the best hotel we have ever stayed. Friendly,helpful and welcoming staff, very good breakfast with a variety of food. Poor waitress and cook work very hard to customers. 10 minute walk to the city.

Normally I never write a review because it sounds like advertising. However I have to break this norm due to the excellent and warm service I experienced in this hotel. We are a group of three from Hong Kong and stayed in Park Lane Hotel for two nights. Quite honestly we did not expect much seeing the boreholes on the street. However, locating in the embassy district it provide you safety in this country. The Hotel is humble with its outside but the interior is luxurious. Even you can name a few being more luxurious internationally it is certain the best in Moldova. Moreover, the best of this hotel lies on their services. Staffs are very helpful and nice, providing tailor-made and surprisingly good service, which has made it different, as least comparing with some international brands/ large hotels. With only this hotel made our stay in Chisinau worth I would say.
