必要なものは全部あるホテル。朝食は満足。シーツに長い髪の毛が一本付着していた。壁に固定されている金具が緩んでいた。ホテル近くのスーパーから空港行きのバスが出ている。

立地的にはスーパーが近くにあって便利な場所なのですが、通りのすぐ近くなので 車の騒音が気になりました、部屋に耳栓の有るホテルは初めてでした。 ただ、夜は車の騒音はほぼないので問題はないと思います。 その他は良好でした。

My first time to Moldova was not such a great experience! From day one, the room was loud overnight and breakfast was too simple for a boutique four star hotel. The bathroom was dirty, uncleaned female long hairs were present! I thought I entered a two star hotel. I could literally hear a women and a man fighting (shouting out loud at each other!) Then I raised a complaint to change room and I was told that the room at a higher floor wasn't available until two days later! Two days later I moved up and room was spacious. BUT, after a shower in the evening, the water after a shower was leaking out onto the flooring and it became too slippery for me to get out (as a disabled). In the end I had to use all the towels to soak the poor quality flooring and had to dry myself with the heating on! I then went downstairs and asked for a full refund to the male receptionist and he said he understands me but cannot call his manager! Ive asked Expedia for a full refund for the poor services I received from this hotel and I didn't get it. So I shall upload all my evidence of poor services to get my full refund back. 2nd morning breakfast was really too simple. no vegetables but cheese and ham with two croissants available to eat. The cappuccino machine had broken even after refilling the milk section. the staff had made 4 cappuccinos instead it turned out to be pure espresso! The location wasn't that bad, quite close to Valea Marilor Park and 30 mins walk from city centre. needs improvement

Tolles und sauberes Stadthotel in Chisinau. Sehr modernes und ruhiges Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ist sehr nett und freundlich, eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich und kommt sehr unmotiviert rüber und kann kaum Englisch - sie ist die ganze Zeit am Handy gewesen und konnte uns kaum weiterhelfen. Wobei die anderen Rezeptionisten sehr positiv aufgefallen ist und auch gutes Englisch gesprochen hat.

Siisti, keskeisellä paikalla, ystävällinen, palveleva henkilökunta. Kova ambulanssiliikenne hiukan häiritsi.

Very clean & modern.

A clean, modern hotel in central Chisinau. Nothing too fancy but my stay was fine. Very small basic gym, simple but decent breakfast. The staff were helpful, the bed was big and comfy, the water was hot. The internet went out and I was provided a portable wifi modem.

The hotel is overall lovely and in a great location. The shower is one of the best - great hot water and pressure. There was a little confusion about breakfast, but the hotel resolved it easily. I would definitely stay there again!
