In my two weeks stay, I became as if a family member of the staff, on a first name basis of conversation, with genuine interest in my needs and friendly banter.

Sehr nettes, familiäres Hotel im Zentrum. Geräumiges Zimmer, komfortables Bett. Netter Service! Kleine, nette Bar und ansprechendes Restaurant. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Everybody that works at the hotel is AMAZING! The restaurant is fantastic! Beautiful! The rooms and all common spaces are immaculately clean! I will come back in the summer to experience the pool!

Tres joli cadre , personnel accueillant et compétent, les chambres sont un peu vieillot mais bien entretenues . Rapport qualité prix excellent .

very nice place...especially to discover the Jacuzzi in the bathroom. I'd like to suggest more attention to the breakfast..it should be just a little bit more enriched. Anyway, in general I can suggest the hotel!

Otelin bulunduğu yer, şehir merkezinde bir çok yere çok yakın. Bununla birlikte, otel sessiz ve sakin. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik.

Very helpful reception. Great value for one of the top floor suites with balcony (we got upgraded without asking). Old world charm and all mod cons. We arrived at Chisinau airport at 0500 after a 1 a.m. flight from London and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early at 7 a.m. so we could go straight to bed for some much needed sleep.without charging us extra. Good breakfast nice balcony for dining or drinks. Highly recommend this place.

Considering Moldova does not have a huge tourism business, I found this hotel quite perfect for my three night stay. There is a restaurant and bar with decent food and drinks and good prices on site. There's a great outdoor terrace where you can dine and/or have drinks. My room, number 502, was enormous and made orderly and cleaned every day. ( The elevator only goes to floor four.) Everyone was quite helpful and eager to please. Not everyone spoke English, but they were always accommodating and were knowledgeable and helpful. The area is safe and nearby are several sites to enjoy in a walk.

Great value hotel. Good breakfast, nice pool and patio facilities, about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of town.

Хороший и симпатичный отель. Большие уютные номера. Приветливый и исполнительный персонал. Выезжали по делам рано утром и попросили ланч бокс с собой. Поинтересовались, что мы хотим в ланч-бокс и утором напоили отличным кофе! Отель рекомендую.

arrivée sur place pas de réservation reçu par l hôte hôtels.COM. résolu sur place la situation mais reçu une suite junior a la place de la suite DE luxe réservée mais le prix descendu de 10 euRO.Heureusement je parle la langue de ce pays]je précise que c est la 2 ieme fois que ma réservation chez hôtels.com est introuvable, l autre fois c étais a Paris,suis déçue

Went for a wedding - needed lots of help with language and places to find things. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to a large group.
