Will not recommed this hotel. Though they are rated 4 stars but the service standard and facility is below 3 star

first day check in no air condition need to change room. I do not expect no room cleaning every day for a 4 star hotel. Some other issues no light at corridor, noisy bathroom, no tissue box paper, no complimentary drink, safety box not functioning, no cooking utensil

Apartment needs a microwave. Also quality of housekeeping is very inconsistent - sometimes no soap replenished, sometimes bin not cleared, sometimes dishes not washed. Also need to stock up utensils - more spoons/forks, no tea spoons, no butter knife, no steak/fish knives.

Love this for my 2 week stay compared to hotel. New building, all amenities new. However, they do need to better understand a service apartment concept. Housekeeping service not defined, unclear when they will clean and it is irregular. Sometimes they came daily (doing only bed, toilet, bins) and sometimes not at all for many days. Cleaners tend to do bed, toilets and bins but not the rest of apartment (eg kitchen), perhaps they are not trained in service aptment and may have experience only for hotel room not service aptment. Not equipped with dish cloth, detergents, etc. No microwave. Not sufficient cultery only 2 forks 2 spoons. No frying pan. But overall, i still prefer this to hotel. Liked that it was home away from home for 2 weeks.
