Very friendly and helpful staff.Clean and comfortable room. But ,no pool and far enough from seaside with comfortable beaches.

Veldig fint opphold! Kort avstand til gamlebyen og strender, samtidig som det var veldig rolig og stille på hotellet. Meget god service og hyggelige ansatte! Vi fikk byttet rom fordi wifi fungerte ikke på det rommet vi fikk først, det rommet vi fikk byttet til var ikke like rent. Noen kaffeflekker på gulvet mv., men siden vi fikk byttet rom raskt antar jeg det er grunnen.

Bon vous êtes à Budva. Pas le plus bel endroit à notre sens du Monténégro mais tout dépend de ce que vous recherchez. Même si la côte adriatique est magnifique elle se trouve passablement défigurée par les constructions à tout va et ce, particulièrement à Budva. Ceci étant, l'appartement est bien situé à proximité des plages (largement privatisées) (autre fléau du pays) avec une belle vue sur la mer. Il est très propre peut être un petit peu trop exigu. Tout est millimitré (merci Monsieur l'architecte). Tout est étudié au plus juste. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. On peut regretter que certains appareils de la salle de sport ne sont pas en état de marche (c'est toujours un peu la même chose) tout comme le sauna. Concernant ce dernier équipement, il fallait peut être interroger la réception ce que l'on n'a pas fait. Mais selon nous, dans un tel établissement en plein mois d'août de tels équipements doivent être constamment opérationnels. Le grand défaut de cet appartement est qu'il n'avait d'aprthôtel que le nom, pas d'assiettes, auucne caserolle ... rien pour préparer ses repas malgré la présence d'un micro-ondes, d'une plaque électrique et d'un réfrigérateur transformé pour l'occasion en mini-bar. Bref une bonne adresse mais ne comptez pas pouvoir y préparer le moindre repas ... dommage pour un aparthôtel ...

sehr sauber, gute Lage in der nähe der altstadt und schnelle erreichbarkeit der busverbindungen zu den unterschiedlichen stränden, ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites personal!!!!

It was absolutely beautiful, plus great breakfast, and even had parking (a real plus in this very vertical city). Only delay was Google sent us (correctly) to the section of the hotel property currently under construction and it took some time to renegotiate the steep streets to the completed section.

U. a. aufgrund des kurzem Bestehens ist das Hotel in gutem Zustand, die Lage am Stadtrand ermöglicht einen ruhigen Schlaf abseits des rummelartigen Zentrums von Budva. Trotzdem ist die sehenswerte Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen (10 Minuten). Die Balkons bieten einen schönen Blick über die Stadt auf das Meer. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich.

This Villa exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring around Montenegro. It is very well located and close to town. However, we found it incredibly difficult to find based on the map on the hotel’s website. The hotel itself is new and done to a very high specification. The facilities are very good in general, although the gym is a little bit small and crowded. A large variety of foods we’re avail at breakfast and they rev very happy to make omelets on request. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spacious apartment close to the beach. Very clean and friendly staff would highly recommend.

Jättefint och fräscht hotel med bra läge. Stora rum med balkong. God frukost samt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi kunde inte ha haft det bättre, rekommenderas!

The staff at Villa Aria were wonderful. They were very accommodating and made a very big effort to see that our stay with them was to the highest standard. The hotel was situated up a hill with wonderful views of Budva and very close to the beach and the Old Town.

This may be a small hotel but it delivers BIG on service. Lovely rooms. Spotlessly clean. Friendly professional service. Excellent breakfast. Gym and small sauna .... looks great but we didn.t use. Highly recommend. Steep walk up to hotel but only 5 mins from the seafront. €3 boat trip to St Nikolas island.
