旧市街から徒歩で10分ほど坂を上がった所にあるホテルです。 場所が、住宅地のため静かで、とても清潔感のある広い部屋でした。 キッチンもあるので長めの滞在向きです

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. Its cleanliness and central location were big advantages. The kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. Having the air conditioning turned on before our arrival and the room already cooled was a very thoughtful detail, which we really appreciated. However, the lack of a balcony and the absence of an elevator were a bit disappointing. Still, it was a good choice in terms of value for money.

We made a reservation on that day.But he made a very quick response and welcome us very much.When we left,he brought us by his car to bus station because of rainning.

Great apartment! I stayed only one night since I wanted to hike in Lovcen NP the next day but wish I stayed longer. It was a nice size apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom. Srdjan greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great pizza place just up the street for dinner. The location is also good - on a quiet street with a grocery store nearby. Close walking distance to the center of Kotor as well.

Amazing place to stay, locating within walking distance to the old town. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for hosting us, we would recommend our friends and family to stay here.

Acces to the room was unclear and takes time. Communication via e-mail and text messages was impossible. Incorrect information on entry. Only one big tovel in double room price.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Appartement rénové et proche des commerces et de la vieille ville.

Logement propre, bien equipe, kitchenette avec frigo plaque de cuisson, dans le hall machine a laver. 10 mn a pied de la vieille ville. Accueil gracieux, bon conseil pour resto et visite. Super marché a 100 m.

Very good location close to old town and bus station, yet it is calm and quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and lsundered our clothes for free and printed bus tickets for us. Can't wait to go back!

Super easy checkin, quiet area, market and bus station near, 15 walk to old town. Good place to stay for a few nights.

Majoituksen sijainti oli hyvä, vanhaankaupunkiin oli sopiva matka, market ja bussiasema ihan lähellä. Ilmastointi ja wifi toimivat hyvin. Paikka oli perussiisti. Varustelu oli riittävä, ei mitään erityistä. Vaatteiden säilytystila oli vähäinen. Hinta-laatusuhde sopiva. Kaikki toimi yhteyshenkilön kanssa.

This is a very strange place. Firstly, there is no check-in. The apartment manager will helpfully email you a few hours before you are due to check-in, when you are travelling in a plane/train/car, so you have no idea how to get in. But it's ok, the door is open, and they leave all the room keys in a little box. Then your apartment manager (Maya, I believe) will lie and tell you there is cleaning. There is no cleaning. Not even toilet rolls. But the best one is that she will tell you she wants to meet you and will turn up earlier than she says and say she wants to take your passport with her for "an hour" or "a few hours" or "some time" because she needs it in "the office". Not a photocopy, not a photo, but she wants your passport. This is ridiculous. If you stay here, do not give her your passport! She is trying to register you to pay the city tax, but she does not need your actual passport. No other hotel/apartment does this. They all just pay the tax. Instead of listening to Maya (or indeed the owner, Srdan Petrovic), just go and pay the city tax at the office yourself (it is in the old town and you will be going there at some point, it is very central). It is €1 per person per night Basically, don't stay here and deal with insane people who have no idea about check-in, registration and who are barely contactable

This place is great! It is a short walk from the bus station and near enough to the old city that everything was a really easy walk. The place was very clean, had everything we needed, check in was really easy, and overall it was a great deal!

Service horrible. Personne pour m'accueillir et m'aider à trouver la place. Aucune réponse aux numéros de téléphone laissé sur hôtels.com et celui fourni par le proprio. J'ai appelé 6 fois et j'ai tourné en rond pendant 2 heures. Les locaux ne connaissaient pas la place. Il y a pleins d'immeubles orange derrière de vieilles églises. Finalement, la 6ieme fois, ça répond au téléphone; une adolescente qui passait par hasard a parlé avec le propriétaire pour finalement savoir où se trouvait cette place. Aucun service. Horrible.

very modern well equipped apartment, where you feel right at home. very clean and comfortable, nice balcony with mountain views. 15 min walk to Kotor old town(or 2 euro in taxi , get the right type) 20 min to beach but means its in a nice quiet area but close enough to amenities,there is a supermarket round the corner and a bakery which is open early till late . so stocking up on drinks is easy

This best part of this apartment is the location. its a 5 minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute to the center of the old city. The apartment itself was just ok. It was not clean when I checked in. I saw a few long hairs in the bathroom. It did have the basic essentials, but it did not have a warm feel to it and the bed was not particularly comfortable. Also, I there were two unnecessary knocks on my door: 1) was awakened very early one morning to pay the city taxes and 2) on the day of my departure, before my check out time, I was reminded that I had to leave the apartment on time. These knocks on my door were not necessary. Come on!! I should have been greeted properly at the beginning of my stay and settled everything before check in!

Check-in was super easy. The place is close to local residents, so every now and then you can hear the kids play around.
