Not as seen in the pictures and the Price is to high

Työntekijät olivat ystävällisiä ja koimme olomme tervetulleeksi. Hotelli on hieman hankalasti tavoitettava, sillä se on jyrkän mäen alla. Hotelli itsessään sijaitsi rannalla, jossa oli hyvät aurinkotuolit.

It was an amazing spot. It’s a bit of a hilly walk to access amenities in town so I’d recommend a rental car. The staff was very helpful, the internet was good, the cable tv was good and the view was fantastic.

Tolle Strandterrasse und super Liegen und Sonnenschirme! Frühstück SEHR schwach. Leider keine weitere Mahlzeiten im Hotel und in der näheren Umgebung. Zufahrt zum Hotel SEHR abenteuerlich und definitiv nichts für schwache Nerven. Das Apartment, in dem wir untergebracht waren, war riesig und toll ausgestattet.

Etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber es zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus. Danilo von der Rezeption hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir hatten mit ihm einen lustigen Abend. Hier lohnt es sich noch einmal wieder zu kommen.

A stúdióban nem működött a légkondicionáló.

This hotel is in a gorgeous location at the beach with very large apartment style rooms. The hotel manager was extremely helpful, so much that when an ATM machineate my debit card in town he drove us the the bank location to retrieve my card. We would have never found that location without him. This hotel was the only one out of the 10 from our road trip thri Eastern Europe I wanted to write a review for. It was outstanding. (I’m a little late writing this our stay was back in April)

The good: the rooms are large – it is actually two rooms, one bedroom and one lounge with a kitchenette at one side with an electric hob, fridge and some electric device to boil hot water. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning was quite good – a unit in both bedroom and lounge. Not so good: this is the first seaside hotel I stayed for many years that did not provide normal beach towels. Parking – yes, there is parking as advertised. What you can’t see from the hotel description is that the last 400 yards to the parking you are supposed to drive along a very narrow road with very steep incline and turns which is only one car wide without any passing places (and those bits where it potentially could be possible to pass have car parked). So unless you are comfortable to reverse round the corner at a steep gradient when you meet a car in opposite direction (like locals obviously are, but tourists from flatter countries might not be), I would not advise to bring a car (I managed, but if the road was better I would have used the car I rented more that I did – it is not the road itself that I found difficult but dealing with cars driving in opposite direction). And judging by building activities along that road (frozen for holiday season so not impacting the holidaymakers in any way) it is only going to get worse.

Reasonable hotel for those who like small piece of beach and small bay to swim in the sea, however accessible only via a very steep narrow road so not good for those who dislike hills. Hotel in reasonable condition however room was dark, not very clean and of a rather basic standard compared with other 4 star properties. More like a 3 star than 4.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The view was awesome. The food was really bad.

We were disappointed during the check-in and the check-out experiences. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom apartment, both sea-view. However the two-bedroom one was not available and instead they initially wanted to put us in a one-bedroom, not sea-view, smelling of humid moist. I asked for the manager who then told us that "sorry, we were overbooked" and then put us in another one-bedroom, sea view. The hotel manager was also very nice and offered us free dinner for all the family that evening. Check-out was another headache with several excuses and attempts not to pay us in full the difference. Initially they ask for bank account wire info, which should not be necessary since we paid with credit card and it should go back to it via Expedia or other measure. We checked out on 7/3/19 and yet have to receive our reimbursement. The next issue was the construction going on at the hotel beach. Day two or three construction started and for one night it went on all night. The hotel owner did not have an issue having this go on despite everyone's complaints. This continued throughout our stay. Staff were very nice otherwise and tried their best to help. They were very friendly especially with out kids and often offered them ice-cream for free. Hotel was very clean and full of light and shine overall. Maids were also nice and did a nice job with cleaning. Food at the restaurant was OK, watch out for sand in the grilled calamary plate. Location is a dream!

This hotel was difficult to get to, because roads in the Old Town close to vehicles in the evening. However, check-in is open 24hrs, with welcome drinks, and warm, friendly staff. Room was comfortable, but breakfast selection was very limited, as things were not replaced as they ran out, including coffee.

Vi fikk ikke rommet vi bestilte med havutsikt, men endte med å se rett inn i sidebygningen. Det manglet et vindu på badet, som var fullt av muggsopp. Kjøkkenet manglet nesten alt av utstyr. Aircondition virket bare innimellom, men ikke når du ønsket. Ingen var villige eller hadde myndighet til å fikse problemene, så etter å ha ventet på ledelsen i 2 dager, flyttet vi. Vi skulle egentlig ha blitt i 6 netter, hvilket de hadde tatt forhåndsbetaling for. De sa selv at vi kunne flytte og skulle betale tilbake for 4 netter, men det har de ikke gjort. Spar dere selv tid, penger og frustrasjon, velg et annet sted.

The location of the property is fantastic! It has a private beach, it is quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was that on arrival, our bathroom wasn't really clean. On letting the staff know, we were just told it was the way it was meant to be and we had to argue to have it cleaned, which it was, and then it was perfect. The size of the property is great, with a nice balcony, and the food in the restaurant tasty.

Kerrankin "Hotelli sijaitsee rannalla" piti 100% paikkansa. Upeat meri näköalat reilulta parvekkeelta ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Miellyttävä aamiainen ylimmän kerroksen terassilla upein merinäköaloin. Pieni kävelymatka kylälle ohi vanhan kaupungin toimi hyvänä aperitiivina. Melko paljon maailmaa nähneenä vahva suositus hotellille.

Not near anything and hard to get to. Decent view if that is all you want but nothing else to do.

Spa wasn't in service during our stay.... All other point was ok

This girl has been the highlight of our trip so far. Not only is the location perfect but so too is the room. The service could not be better and friendlier and the views from the room and the breakfast balcony as the best I have ever seen. Thank you for making our first night in Montenegro so fantastic. We will be beck for sure.
