一番安い価格での予約でしたが、4連泊のためか、ホテルの真裏にあたる結構眺めの良いマウンテンビューの部屋を取ってくれました。広々としたベランダには丸テーブルとチェアが用意され、部屋でゆっくりくつろげました。一番驚いたのは、夜から朝まで物音ひとつしない程、完全に静まり返っていたことです。価格の高いオーシャンビューは車道側なので、少しうるさいかもしれません。 清潔ではありましたが、ソファやカーペットの布地がややくたびれた感じでした。 ロビーの隣には小さいスーパーマーケットがあり。至近のビーチまでは徒歩10分弱。Sveti Stefan終点のバス停留所が、ホテルのほぼ向かい側にあります。15分間隔で片道2.5€運転手に直接支払。

The staff was incredibly helpful and considerate! Next to the hotel lots of construction workers working and they even work Sunday 7am with lots of noise ! The room I booked was looking at an apartment and it’s so close we couldn’t even open the curtains! I paid extra and upgraded the room. The room pictures are a bit deceiving ;( The pool was closed understandable because of the season but the beach is still far from the property.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! This was perfect in all ways. The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms were quiet, big and clean. In addition the location was great! Would love to come back here again. Thank you!

Staff was nice, room was nice, but bathroom really smells sewage!

Hotellet var jättefint men några saker drar ner betyget. Städning skedde inte varje dag (eller väldigt sent, runt 17 tiden när man vill vara på hotellet. Sängarna var otroligt hårda. Dock jättesköna kuddar. I övrigt fina och rymliga rum.

Wonderful hotel! A short walking distance from the promenade and the Old City. The reception staff, especially Suzanna, were lovely, efficient, and very helpful. I received an upgrade to an amazing room without even asking. The bathtub in the room was simply a treat. Many thanks!

The hotel itself was a very nice stay overall, it was clean and most of the staff was very friendly. The first night our AC was not working and they fixed it the next day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was beautiful on the rooftop with a stunning view of the city. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to old town and 8 minute drive. Be careful of taxi drivers overcharging or claiming there is a night time tax fee. Try to get the hotel to arrange any taxi drives for the most reasonable price. Overall had a lovely time at this hotel and in Montenegro!

Amazing stay. Great staff. Tasty food. Everyone was very kind. Location is perfect. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family if they come to Budva.

We had two rooms and both of them smell like sewage. When you go to the restroom smells worse. The front desk was rude and they charged me $200 for my 4 year old and she sleeps in our bed. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Lovely large room, modern and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great. Breakfast ok, gym not great. 20 min walk to old town. Very good option if a little pricey all in.

Awesome place to stay.

Hotel is not a 5 star hotel it’s more like a 3 star. It’s very dated, the amenities are rubbish. The staff are appalling, rude and not helpful at all. There were always issues with our room and there were not accommodating. The room smelt like sewage - they didn’t fix it. The shower leaked and was flooded everytime we used it - it couldn’t be fixed so everyday they were having to clean it. The breakfast was awful and the chef burnt the omelettes. There was an “emergency light” in our bedroom that wouldn’t turn off at night. Even though the 3 other rooms we booked in the hotel didn’t have this. They couldn’t not turn it off so we had to sleep basically in daylight. They didn’t even offer a new room- instead they said to sleep in another room every night but not change completely! The gym is tiny. The pool is tiny too. The food on the rooftop is disgusting. The staff is what topped it all off- they are the RUDEST people I have ever come across.

I strongly urge guests not to stay at this hotel. It is dated, poorly maintained, and absolutely not 5-star standard. There were no basic amenities in the room, no staff to help with luggage at check-in or check-out, and service was consistently disappointing. Our shower leaked across the bathroom floor and was never fixed despite daily complaints. I slipped twice. We had to call staff after every shower to clean it—once waiting 3 hours. We also found blood stains on our bedding and were asked if we wanted to change it ourselves as no staff were available. Breakfast was terrible—stale buffet, limited variety, and burnt omelettes daily. We ate at the hotel restaurant on our first night; the food took over an hour to arrive, and my dietary requests (no pork, dressing on the side) were completely ignored. We had booked 4 rooms for 4 nights to celebrate my mum’s 60th, and multiple anniversaries. Despite informing guest relations in advance, nothing was acknowledged. The guest relations team were dismissive, and the assistant manager was rude at checkout—rolling her eyes and threatening to call the police when I said I’d like to record our conversation due to how I was being treated. This trip was meant to be special, but it ended on a deeply upsetting note, it was stressful, unsafe, and upsetting. We will be formally raising a complaint. This was not an acceptable experience.

Staff very accommodating. Hotel was clean. Pool is beautiful with great views.

It was ok. Great staff! Helpful and accommodating. The rooms need working A/Cs and some bathroom updates. The bathroom had water leaking into the rug. Overall an ok stay.
