Breakfast is very very poor. Wifi works occasionally. Rooms maintenance is bad

Veldig lite utvalg på frokosten. Personale som plutselig inn på rommet for å vaske når det fortsatt var folk på rommet samt at de ikke lukket døren etter seg. Kan bestille taxi til deg men tar ekstremt mye lengre tid enn de sier. Dårlig blandet drinker i baren. Pluss var at det var veldig god massasje der

Hotellet i sig selv var dejligt med en fin fredelig beliggenhed. Dog er man afhængig af bil, hvis ikke man vil tilbringe tiden på hotellet. Værelserne var fine og rummelige med gode faciliteter og god renlighed. Pool var lige uden for døren. Alle faciliteter var pæne og velholdte, og fitness havde godt og rigeligt udstyr. Personalet var rigtigt søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme - og altid smilende. Restauranten serverede en fin morgenmad, men til frokost og aftensmad var prisniveauet for højt i forhold til kvaliteten. Absolut et anbefalelsesværdigt hotel med nem adgang til lufthavnen, Tivat og Kotor.

Montenegro lodge was nice. The rooms were nice apart from there was work being done in our bathroom so the walls had plaster that had been thrown on. Breakfast was good. There was no WiFi for our entire stay, they said it was down in the whole area. Parking was difficult as the car park was usually full so it meant parking on the road sometimes.

Mahtavat näkymät merelle ja vuoristoon. Kaksi uima-allasta. Ihan ok aamupala. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Parkkipaikkoja hotellin pihalla rajoitetusti.

This hotel has great potential, but unfortunately the execution falls short. The building appears to have been finished to a poor standard, and maintenance is clearly lacking. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the service was disappointing, with little attention to guests’ needs. With better upkeep and more professional management, this could be a much better place to stay.

Getting to the hotel by car is very difficult, very dangerous roads !!!

Acceuil inexistant et service catastrophique. Parking chaotique sans aucune organisation. Nous avons dîner au restaurant, le cuisinier fume entre chaque préparation rejoint par l'ensemble du personnel qui regardent les malheureux touristes. Hôtel a éviter.

The property is so relaxing and quiet. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Great food options at the restaurant located on site. They were very helpful in organizing a driver to our next location.

4 voksne i 2 lejligheder i 4 nætter. Lejlighederne var i super fin stand med vidunderlig udsigt! Vi havde lejet lejligheder for selv at kunne lave mad ved behov. Der var absolut ingen udstyr i køkkenerne. Vi spurgte efter udstyr ved ankomst, men fik at vide at pga tyveri, havde de fjernet al udstyr fra køkkenerne. Ingen kaffemaskine på værelset eller i morgenmadsrestauranten. Kun elkedel med klorvand og instant kaffe med mælkepulver i. Morgenmaden var uimponerende - scrambled eggs var meget vandende, og udvalget bar præg af rester fra noget aftensmad. Vi fik at vide ved ankomst at restauranten ikke var åbent om aftenen - alligevel kunne nogen tilkøbe aftensmad. Personale i receptionen var ubehjælpsomme. Rengøring var meget tilfældig. De kom ikke hver dag, og det var forskelligt om de redte seng eller tømte skraldespand, eller bare tog håndklæderne uden at levere nye. Køkkenpersonale holdt mange, lange rygepauser feks under morgenmaden (som kun var åben fra 8-10), så hvis ikke man var der kl 8, så kunne man nærmest ikke få et ryddet eller rent bord. Der er meget lydt. Vi boede i fløjene af hotellet, og alligevel hørte vi elevatoren, som om den lå lige uden for værelset. Meget lydt til naboer - vi havde fornøjelsen af et spædbarn, der skreg hver nat. Hotellets kæmpe store plus er de fuldstændig fantastiske pools, der er rene og masser af liggestole (dog er mange parasoller i stykker) og dejlige terrasser med smukke udsigter.

I really liked this hotel, ample rooms, nice pool, relatively close to the airport but very quiet, breakfast included. The only thing to consider is that to get there you drive through very narrow streets up a hill to a residential area, there’s not a lot of things to do around there, no restaurants or stores, so not all taxis are willing to pick you up to take you to the airport. We had a rental car so that was not a problem for us. I would however stay there again. Staff was very friendly also.

Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. Cant fault our stay, everything was to our liking. The only thing I would like to mention is we couldnt use our outside furniture as there was no cushions to sit on even though I mentioned this twice to reception. Would of been nice to sit with a coffee and a book in a morning on our patio.

Hébergement avec positionnement stratégique près de kotor et près de porto Montenegro. besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement dans les salles de bains. Beau balcon, excellent déjeuner, belles piscines. Lit confortable, wifi pas au niveau. Menage des chambres voisines dérangeant car balayeuse tot le matin ( ex: 8:15 am).

This was an extremely unpleasant place to stay. The rooms had a stale, lingering smell, and the bathroom reeked of sewage. The outdoor pool was out of service with no explanation, and it looked like it had been that way for quite some time. The indoor pool was poorly lit to the point where it was difficult to even find your way around, everything felt dark and neglected. Hot water would cut out for long periods, and the heater in the room made constant, disruptive noise. Requests for assistance were ignored, with staff rarely showing up when needed. Breakfast was shockingly inadequate, portions were minimal (at one point, just a couple of kiwi slices shared among many guests), and there was no variety to speak of. Overall, the experience was dreadful. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy throughout my stay and was simply counting down the time until I could leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot commend them highly enough for their hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. The hotel is missing a few things before it can truly be recognised as five‑star. Our experience at this property was unfortunately far below expectations, and I’ll be seeking reimbursement due to multiple issues throughout our stay. By Day 2, we had no Wi-Fi, no lighting on the stairway, and the elevators were completely out of order, creating major health and safety concerns. I booked the Penthouse Suite specifically for the jacuzzi, yet the boiler system failed — only two minutes of hot water followed by ten minutes of cold. Completely unacceptable for a premium room. The keycard system constantly malfunctioned — sometimes it worked, other times it wouldn’t register at all. The breakfast was always served cold, and the restaurant dinner was inedible. We ordered chicken which was undercooked and unsafe to eat. When I raised this with the waitress, she insisted it was “cooked that way” and refused to even check it herself, as well as denying a refund. This stay was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the standard the hotel advertises. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides an appropriate resolution.

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of the condition and appearance of the accommodation itself – it looked quite nice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the price at all. We received no help or useful information during our stay. There were stink bugs all over the room when we arrived, and we had to start by removing them ourselves. Breakfast was delayed, and the only explanation we got was to “wait.” The pool was very cold, making it hard to enjoy. We had booked a slightly more expensive room with a kitchen, but there were only two glasses available – you would expect at least a few more basic items. Parking was also poorly organized; you have to park on a slope if there’s space. On the positive side, the view of the mountains was really beautiful.

Fräscha rum men saknades mycket i skåp i kök. Fanns 2 glas och 2 koppar I övrigt satt förra årets julsaker kvar och mycket runt poolen var trasigt såsom parasoller. Igenvuxna rabatter med mycket ogräs osv. Känns som engagemanget var sådär. Förväntade mig bättre frukost. Kaffemaskin trasig och gamla skivade grönsaker
