Our stay at Villa Ljubanovic in Budva made this holiday truly unforgettable. The location, the room, the view — all wonderful — but what really made the difference were the people. From the moment we walked in, we felt not like guests but like family. The owner welcomed us with the warmest smile, asked where we were from, and took the time to tell us exactly where to go and what to see in the city — he even personally booked us a table at his favourite local restaurant one evening. Rarely have we experienced such sincere, heartfelt hospitality. The staff were just as amazing. Greeting us by name every morning, remembering our little requests before we even mentioned them, doing everything with a genuine smile — it warmed our hearts. When one of us felt unwell one day, the care and kindness they showed went far beyond hotel service; it was real human warmth. Spotless cleanliness, a generous and delicious breakfast, a comfortable room — but what we carried home with us was the warmth of the people. We will be back in Budva, and without a second thought we will stay here again. Our heartfelt thanks to the owner and the entire team for their incredible hospitality. Five stars is not enough!

Our visit to Ohrid was a truly memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our host was attentive throughout, always on hand with helpful advice and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. A particularly thoughtful touch was the special welcome arranged for our daughter’s birthday, which made the occasion even more meaningful and one we’ll always remember. It’s those small, personal gestures that really set this experience apart. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-presented, and ideally located, making it easy to explore everything Ohrid has to offer. It provided the perfect base for our trip, combining comfort with convenience. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone planning a visit to Ohrid. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

That was the best trip evet they clean every day and so close to old town we Walk every day and go to sveti Stefan for a swim that was nice

It was a great place to stay ,rooms were very clean with nice balcony.Staffs are very friendly and helpful.lot of restaurants and other main areas are nearby .great location to access everything plus bus stations very closer.

Oda çok temizdi oldukça genişti kahvaltısı da yeterliydi çok beğendik ancak resepsiyon da çalışan bulmak biraz zordu check-in ve check out yaparken biraz beklememiz gerekti

La villa est hyper bien située. Le personnel est aux petits soins ( nous avons pu le constater à deux reprises) . Je conseille vivement.

O funcionário da recepção é maravilhoso, não podemos reclamar em nada do atendimento dele. O que ficou a desejar foi a arrumação do quarto, a limpeza, somente era trocado as toalhas de banho e rosto, não foi arrumado a cama e nem trocado o copo que já havia sido usado, materiais de toalete também não foi reposto! A parte de limpeza e organização não gostamos! Café da manhã também muito fraco! Poucas opções! Elogio mesmo somente para o funcionário da recepção! Nós atendeu muito bem e solícito!

Staff was very nice and welcoming. They were very helpful for bringing and baby providing both a crib and bath. It is a great deal in a great location

Locatie is prima, vlakbij strand en centrum. Acomodatie is wel gedateerd maar functioneel. Badkamer ruikt verschrikkelijk door slechte ventilatie maar deur dicht houden is het beste. Kamer heeft ook koelkastje en waterkoker. Schoonmaak bestond alleen uit wisselen handdoeken. Maar prima voor een weekje. Prijs - kwaliteit is prima. Hotel is erg goedkoop. Ik kon 's morgens al inchecken. Parkeren in de tuin er naast voor 7 euro per dag is aan te raden. Vlakbij Gyros tentje is goedkoop en lekker voor snelle hap. Bar Le Petit vlakbij stoplichten heerlijke koffie en goedkoop. Strandbedjes zijn gratis.

Nicely situated hotel, walking distance to old town & many restaurants. A good gyros place right next door too, if you want a quick bite. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but overall OK. Bed was quite comfy with two pillows, room was not huge or modern but still OK. Some notes though: Construction next door was LOUD and continued throughout the week, also on the weekend. The room had very old carpet so I'd pack some slippers to wear in the room. The bathroom: there was only a really bad holder for the shower head, it wasn't really usable as it was high and kept the shower head vertical so the water was sprayed to the wall... The glass shelf under the mirror was loose and wonky so there was very little space to put things. There was a plastic cup for toothbrushes but it was very dirty. Also the coffee cups were dirty when we arrived, although we got clean ones after a few days. (We used glasses for coffee so it was fine, at least they were clean.) Note: if you have a car, there is a private parking lot next door that needs to be paid IN CASH. It was 7 euros per day. There are other lots nearby, but paying for parking was not exactly easy if you don't have a local phone plan, parking is about 1 euro per hour and parking tickets are issued quickly.

What a little gem of a find we booked 3 nights and stayed 7 . We had the top floor appartment with a massive balconey . Comfy beds . Nice air con. Owner Egor was so kind and helpful he had an issue with the kettle within 30 mins qe had a new one delivered . The elevator is effective and clean . Bathroom has all you need . Clean towels everyday . If you want anything youbjust whatsapp and you are helped . Would stay again .
