スタッフが親切で、ホテルの中も清潔で素敵な空間でした。ルーフトップも素敵なので滞在中訪れてみるのもいいと思います。 朝食はシンプルでしたが美味しかったです。 宿の場所は、最初は分かりづらいと思います。到着が日没後だったこともあり、事前にメールで依頼してバスターミナルからの送迎をしてもらいました。運転手に150Dh、車を降りてからメディナの小路の荷物を運んで貰ったポーターには20Dhでした。 少し高いかもと思いましたが頼んで良かったです。

道が複雑とのことでフェズ空港から送迎をお願いしました。かなり高額だったのですが、到着時ドライバーがおらず、こちらから宿に電話をするハメに。数分遅れでドライバーは来ましたが、車が入れない所まで送ってもらったあとのポーター代を20DHもとられました。他のリヤドはポーターも無料だったのでえ？と思いました。

The riad is very cozy and all the staff have great hospitality. We also had a dinner and it was really delicious. During we are staying in Fez, we became sick, but the staffs were really taking care about us.

リヤドに着く時間が予定よりもだいぶ遅くなってしまい深夜に近かったのですが、快くお迎えいただきました。その日は色々とトラブルがあり、夜ご飯が食べられず腹ペコのままリヤドに着いてしまい、そのことをお話ししたら、ディナータイムは終わっているにも関わらずパンとスープのおいしい夕食を準備してくれて、感謝でした。疲れていた体に染み渡りました！そのように事情をお話しすると色々とフレキシブルな対応をしてくださり、嬉しかったです。 部屋は最初テーブルランプの電気がつかなかったりもしましたが、総じてこれと言った問題はなく快適に過ごしました。内装はモロカンスタイルの素敵なお部屋でした。 立地としては、フェズ駅からのルートだと最後リヤドに向かう徒歩の部分でかなり人気のないところを通るので、すこし怖かったような印象も受けました。旧市街を回るだけなら便利な立地だと思います。

従業員はとてもフレンドリーでした。 外出から帰ってくると疲れてないか？ミントティー飲むか？と必ず聞いてくれました。 こじんまりとしたリャドですがとても良かったです。 屋上からの眺めもよかったです。

スタッフが素晴らしい。オーナーのヨーロッパ系（スペイン人？イタリア人？）の奥様がご挨拶に出てきてくれて、その後、ペパーミントティと手作りクッキーでおもてなしを受けながら、セネガルから来た青年の一生懸命にホテルや周囲のメディナの説明をききました。セネガル出身のアジスくん。国ではプライベートスクールに通っていたというので、いいお家の出身だと思います。物腰もしっかりとしていて、真面目そうな青年です。近い将来に大学でビジネスを学びたいとのこと。モロッコ人のもう一人の女性スタッフもとても親切。鉄道の時間や値段、メディナでの自称ガイドのあしらい方、その他もろもろのことをずっと笑顔で教えてくれます。チェックアウトの時間を聞くと「今日は他に予約がないから電車の時間まで部屋を使っていいわよ。よかったら出発前にシャワーも浴びてね。」とのこと。感涙でした。施設全体はリヤドとして期待を裏切る点は全くありませんでした。小綺麗で、伝統的なモロッコの装飾がとても魅力的。空室があれば予約して後悔なしです！

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce magnifique Riad. Le personnel est tellement attentionné ( Hasan, yusuf et Khadya et tout les autres membres de l’établissement). Ce fut un séjour parfait!

The staff was more than accommodating. They communicated with us before our arrival and booked one of the best tour guides we have ever had: Momo! They were able to book a last minute hammam for us as well and made a dinner reservation on our arrival. Very attentive and quiet location.

Amazing place ! Hassan and Yousef were amazing people that the Riad is lucky to have. Cannot recommend highly enough. Large rooms, with amazing decor and finishes.

Abdul and Hassan were very attentive and accommodating with every request. The room was private, tranquil and immaculate.

Staff is responsive, units are comfortable and quiet and spacious with a large bathroom. The location in the Medina is convenient for shopping and sightseeing but it is a 15 min walk to reach any transportation whence the need for a luggage cart and handler. Most annoying the very unreliable and weak wifi signal to the internet.

The Riad is beautiful, traditional. The staff (Hassan and others) were extremely attentive. They even put together a care package for us since we needed to leave early in the morning. This is a quiet Riad in a residential part of the Medina but very close to everything the Medina offers. The food was delicious (although this is not a Riad with a proper restaurant and does not have a bar). Comfortable beds and good water pressure! Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Morocco and in Africa. I arrived late at night feeling very disoriented everything was so different that I even thought about flying back to Canada 😅. Thankfully, Yusuf at reception was incredibly reassuring. He saw I was panicking and told me to take the night to process everything, and he checked in on me. Siham, the manager, gave me helpful tips (like taxi prices) and made sure I was safely picked up from the airport to the riad in the medina. I did get overcharged by a guide which can happen as a tourist but Siham helped me recover the money. Yusuf, Hassan, and Abdel were all friendly and attentive. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and would book again just for the staff. As for the riad itself, the pictures reflect reality no hidden surprises. It was clean, and while I usually prefer modern white interiors, I wanted an authentic riad experience and this delivered. Breakfast was generous, and they easily accommodated my lactose intolerance and adjusted portions. Everything is tailored to your needs. Yusuf even packed me breakfast for my early departure If you’re considering booking this riad, I would recommend it. Just keep in mind that it is located in one of the oldest medinas, so manage your expectations it’s not Casablanca or Rabat. I hope this helps!

You have to keep in mind that the property is over 100 years old. It was a bit dusty and not as clean as we usually book - this did not appear to be neglect of property just fact it is really old. The bathroom had a sewer smell all the time that the staff “helped” with scented candles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to experience a traditional very old Riad then this will work. It’s hard to find in the Medina ( but everything is) BUT the Riad will send a porter to find you and bring you in. They arranged a traditional hammam for me and it was an amazing experience. In the end we chalked it up to adventure and embraced the experience.

The staff could not have been nicer and more attentive to our needs. They gave great recommendations and make tremendous mint tea!!

solo tuvimos inconvenientes con la caja de fondo y con el tv. AIRE acondicionado, ducha, iluminación funcionan perfectos. Desayuno, excelente. El personal muy atentos y cooperadores. SOLO como ej menciono a 2 de ellos, Abderahman en la recepción y Siham como Manager. el resto también excelentes en todo. El aseo de la habitación, impecable, también su ubicación

What an amazing experience in Fes. From the moment we stepped into the Riad, the warm welcome and friendly service was unparalleled to any other Riad or Hotel we stayed at on this trip. The manager greeted us personally and every staff member was willing to take care of all elements of our trip, from booking taxis, making restaurant recommendations, luggage service and serving breakfast. We were there in the off season, so it was a little quieter, however that didn’t interfere with the experience of staying here. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again next time I’m in Fes. Special thanks to Hassan, Mouad and Siham for showing us exceptional hospitality.

The staff was awesome, especially Hassan. Very friendly and helpful
