Good hotel and great facilities. Two pools, one of which is the party pool and the other a more chilled pool. Good food options and generally a good hotel. Only issue we had was at the end when sorting taxi to the airport. We asked the reception and told no hotel transfer available. That was fine and i had to organise my own. I did using Idrive ( morrocos uber) however when the taxi arrived i was stopped at the door by hotel staff from going to the taxi and they said they’re bad and not allowed...luckily a local taxi(yellow) turned up and we were given that one. I would just suggest being clearer on taxis from the hotel to airport if you need one.

Do not stay here!!!! It’s too far and they have limited transportation. You spend so much money on cabs. The food options suck and they do not have room service. Terrible don’t recommend.

Lots of outside space. Didn't seem busy. Food was amazing. Lovely large room. We had a double bed each.

We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. The only complaint was the service in the one other restaurant, it seem that you had to dine early to receive service otherwise it was mediocre. Tables weren't cleaned in a timely manner to accommodate the turn over, you asked someone to clean the table, they took the dishes and cutlery but did not wipe the table and never came back to set it up. We asked someone else and they never came back either. This happened after the night before, when I had to asked the waiter to refill my wine glass three time before it was done. Thanks also to LouBma at front desk who was very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Absolutely loved staying at Be Live (Adults Only) hotel. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The variety of food at each meal was good and the service was excellent! The hotel is modern and from arrival to exit, the staff were all very helpful, professional and very accomodating. I would defifitely visit again.

Mycket trevligt ”all inclusive” hotell. Buffé maten var riktigt bra och varierad. Vi hade 12 nätter bokade och det gav oss rätten till 2 middagar på hotellets ”finrestaurang” vilket också var en mycket trevlig och god upplevelse. Rummen var stora, trevliga och bra städade. I vår dusch fungerade bara handduschen och fästet till den gick inte att justera i höjdled. Det gav oss givetsvis inga problem att duscha men det ger inte intrycket av ett riktigt högklassigt hotell. Det står på Hotels.com hotell beskrivning att det ingår badrockar och badtofflor - men det gör det inte. Spa delen är det en helt annan operatör som driver. De behandlingar vi tog var helt ok men receptionens personal var inte speciellt trevlig och de kunde/ville inte ge någon vägledning vilken/vilka behandling(ar) min partner skulle välja då hon började bli lätt förkyld och inte ville ha någon kraftfull behandling som skulle kunna göra henne sämre. Det var skönt att bo utanför Medinan och det var enkelt att ta sig fram och tillbaka mellan hotellet och sevärdheter. Hotellet har en shuttle bus som går några gånger om dagen till och från Medinan. Taxi som beställs genom hotellet kostar 150 MAD till centrum och 250 MAD till flygplatsen.

The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip.

Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is spotless - cleaning staff are excellent - and the rooms are really nice. The pools are great, there are lots of activities put on by friendly activities staff and a brilliant shuttle service to the centre of Marrakesh. The food was good, with lots of variety and some nice freshly cooked stations at the buffet. We liked the breakfasts and the snack bar food too - the latter a great option if you don’t want the buffet. We did have some issues - the evening entertainment was sometimes quite poor, very loud and you can’t really escape it because of the setup of the hotel and its bars. It would be improved if the sports bar had outdoor seating as it is away from the entertainment! The staff serving drinks at the snack bar in particular weren’t that helpful - I think they were undermined by how difficult it seemed to pour beers (though Mustafa in the Sports Bar was fantastic). The water from the air to water machines also tasted slightly dodgy at times. But overall we enjoyed and would recommend for a week’s stay in the sun - it was really good value for what we got!

The resort was very clean, good room options, the buffet selection was good most days. The staff however could be friendlier & the drinks in the cocktails could be much stronger.

Hotêl incroyable, les chambres sont sublimes, le cadre est magnifique , il y’a 2 piscines et plein d’activités. J’ajouterais à ça que le personnel était très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous n’avons manqué de rien !
