Zimmer (Traditionelle Suite) kein Fenster; extremer Katzengeruch im ganzen Haus; keine Zimmerreinigung; kein Frühstück am zweiten Tag; Vermieter war diesbezüglich nicht erreichbar. Der eine Stern geben wir nur für das wirklich gute Frühstück am ersten Tag

Amazing hidden gem. Breakfast was amazing!! Highly recommend. However, the property is not marked properly so it can be slight difficult to find, but otherwise no complaints.

This hotel shouldn't be rated more than one star It’s the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. First there was no sign for this hotel so the taxi got lost, it took us a while to find it. We got a room on the first floor and there was a terrible strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The shower had mold . The bed was hard like a rock we couldn’t sleep well. Avoid this hotel.

Bon acceuil , la dame qui fait lea déjeuners etait gentille et tres serviable . Pres de la Medina [2 min de marche]

Schlafzimmer war okay, ebenso das Frühstück . Leider hat das Bad ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem und es roch sehr unangenehm. Maximal für eine Nacht.

Pros ・The host kindly waited for us in front of the property on arrival and showed us around. ・The accommodation was clean, with a great location, lovely views, and stylish interior. Cons ・Although we told the host our breakfast time at check-in, no one came — even after we waited 30 minutes. We had to leave without breakfast before a five-hour bus journey. ・The host did not respond to messages via mobile phone nor Hotels.com, which was very disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

The rooms were very clean We were upgraded to an apartment looking up to the mountains.the breakfast was delicious and the people lovely. Can’t do better than that. We wish we stayed a few more days.

They overbooked, we couldn’t stay

Posizione ottima, arredamento e pulizia impeccabili. La miglior colazione in Marocco. Lo consiglierei a tutti!! Il personale è stato davvero gentile, puntuale, professionale e disponibile! È un alloggio ideale per tutti che ti fa sentire a proprio agio e che trasmette serenità e tranquillità.

Auf der einen Seite ein großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, auf der anderen Seite war es bei Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr noch nicht hergerichtet. Vom Aussehen entspricht es nicht den Bildern, vor allem aber die Toilette und die Dusche befinden sich in einem fürchterlichen Zustand.

we stayed here for a day and enjoyed a comfortable stay here. a quick petit taxi ride from CTM station for 20 dirham. the staff were courteous to help bring the heav luggage down through the stairs. breakfast was good though you have to be patient for it to be ready. good location to walk through the narrow alleys and also to the waterfalls and chefchaouen view point. rooms are not sound proof, shower head was broken and leaking water all around

Great location. The people there were really friendly and helpful. They arranged a transfer for us to Tangier airport. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is close to the main square and the main sites.

Good place

Terrassen var skittent,som luktet katturin,og det var også avføring fra kattene. Generelt i byen ser man søppel overalt,det er veldig synd når de ikke ta vare på byen. Sengeteppe og putene som er en del av dekorasjonen, trenger en vask. Ellers må jeg si at personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til Medinen

Séjour déplorable dans un établissement vendu comme fantastique mais qui ne ressemble en rien aux photos. L’établissement annonce un parking proche, il s’agit d’une ruelle à double sens où on se fait alpaguer par des jeunes et où il est extrêmement difficile de manœuvrer voire même d’avancer. L’accueil est également particulier, pas d’enregistrement ni de guichet, on nous propose deux appartements qui ne correspondent pas à la réservation. On nous annonce une vue sur la montagne, c’est une vue sur un toit avec parabole et déchet. Rien n’allait et cela a très clairement gâché notre séjour à Chefchaouen qui pourtant vaut le détour. A fuir….
