When I arrived at the property it wasn’t possible to find any staff member. That was when I noticed the store under the building and one of the people there was ready to help me. When I arrived at the room I had a great surprise. It is like a small apartment, with pretty much everything you might need. It’s located in the middle of the medina and has a nice view on the top. Probably the best room I had on Morocco. Great value for the price.

Great staff we arrived at property after 1am and was able to contact staff with mo issues, Of course we let them know we would be arriving late. The apartment was suitable for family of four in a convenient location.

No hay agua caliente para bañarte, sale muy poca agua

The room looked clean, but there was a bad smell all the time. The check in they did not said many information. From the parking is not a easy path with lugagge to arrive. The shower was very bad, did not keep water warm or same quantity of water during a 10min bath

Belle chambre, matelas et oreiller très confortable, beaucoup de marches pour le dernier étage.

Douche de salle de bain ,pomme de douche défectueuse, toilette non stable, doit être solidifié.

Good for large family of 4 , bit noisy up to 12 midnight. 15 min uphill walk to the Riad ,no parking if coming in a car . Will stay again if I have to

Was ok but no really nice . There was the snitches I couldn’t sleep tell morning. The lady she was good and the next door man very friendly

Bonjour la chambre que nous avons réservé a été changée une autre plus petite nous a été fournie. Interrupteur hs impossible d'allumer la lumière depuis le lit robinet non fixé. Il y'a une cuisine mais rien pour cuisiner nous avions nous même pris de quoi cuisiner. L'hôtel se trouve bien placé mais le stationnement est difficile il se trouve a environ 300M nous avons été aidé pour le transport de nos bagages à l'arrivée. Bon rapport qualité prix mais quelques détails n'allait pas malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Casa Elías is in a central location close to restaurants and attractions. It is very clean and affordable. My room is large with great A/C and WiFi. There is a roof top terrace they over looks the Medina. The staff is friendly and helpful

Very difficult to bring your luggage to this location. I wished they helped us with directions and parking prior to our arrival. Also no water, no customary welcome, no soap, and could be cleaner.

Such a great place for so low cost! It was clean, had everything we needed, and our room even had a frisge, sink and kettle, which seems to be rare in Morocco. The staff were great too. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others!

No heating. No warm water. No toilet paper. No, no, no...

Very nice hotel. Clean, calm and with a beautifull view. The only inconvenience is that it's not accessible by car, so do not take too much laggage with you.
