Good value for the money. Only twenty minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the city center. I definitely would return.

No tome desayuno

After an overnight flight from Canada, the staff provided my family with an early check-in so that we could catch some needed sleep. Thanks to Hamza and the staff at the hotel. Courteous, caring and understanding. Room was clean and spacious. AC was ok but not as cold as expected.

Ac didn’t work, shower water wasn’t draining, very unpleasant experience.

Worst hotel ive stayed at so far. We just checked in to two superior rooms and found out that AC isn’t working. Called the front desk and they acknowledged saying that AC is not working in all rooms. To put a cherry on top, they dont even have fans for the rooms. They could have informed us at the time of check in but they didn’t and rooms are paid in full. Secondly, the washroom door doesn’t open completely and gets blocked by the toilet seat, you have to squeeze yourself in through a small gap. Also a known issue for the hotel staff. Highly disappointed.

Emplacement de qualité avec cuisinette et petit salon (typé appartement). Le tout très propre et calme. Très belle terrasse avec piscine sur le toit et stationnement extérieur surveillé. Service de restauration avec frais. Situé plutôt dans le coin affaires… seul bémol est que l’hôte responsable de notre arrivée était très bête. Tous les autres employés avec lesquels j’ai eu affaire avec étaient tous très sympathiques. Peut-être qu’un petit sourire amical de l’hôte serait apprécié. Merci pour le beau séjour.

The property seemed like with a little TLC it could do better , check in process was nice , the rooms super spacious , it’s just little things ( cracked wall behind the bathroom door , shower floor was stained , showerhead holder nearly coming off the walll , bed moves away from the wall like it’s not attached to anything , really simple things that tells a lot about quality control in the hotel , really a shame seemed like an over zealous manager trying to cut corners the place has so much potential

Bien, la chambre est grande, un petit studio avec tout le confort. Carte ok pour le restaurant mais pas satisfait du service, trop lent et désorganisé. je vous conseille le restaurant Italien dans le quartier. Pour le petit déjeuner, un peu décevant pour le classement de l'hotel. Regrettable aussi le sol pas super propre , amenez des chaussons ou dite bonjour à vos chausettes blanches, plus trop après un certain temps.

Well I got there at 12pm and they make me wait for the 2pm. While I was waiting they check in in a guy and saying he booked his room 1 day before. And I booked my rook 7/17 mean one month in advance. They even didn’t welcome me to see my status, they just told me wait there in I arrived to the hotel. The crazy part was my wife was pregnant feeling pain and I as them is there way I can pay extra to get a room because my wife can’t sit that long but they said wait for 2pm. However the fact that they wrongly check a wait or Arable person in front of me, I told them you must take care of and when I look out my American passport then they start getting interested on me. Am originally Senegalese but I felt ashamed because this experience was pure racism. But traveling is good cuz you will experience a lot and I lof’ve Morocco

Très bien pour un séjour professionnel

There was a background noise constantly in the room making sleeping in the night little bit difficult.

Great hotel, great service , great staff, special thanks to Ismael, he provided professional service and he was very accomedating and welcoming.

Room floor condition needs an uplift urgently

Amazing staff. Everybody is so nice! Like really nice. Nice room. Nice hotel. Great location. One negative review : floor of the room is dirty. Your white socks will turn black with the dirt. It’s sad considering the beautiful room and hotel.

Sejour tres agreable, établissement tres propre, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner très genereux, parking juste au pied de l'hotel.

Friendly staff, but they don’t return your messages prior to arrival. The property phone number is incorrectly listed on Google so you can’t call them. Suite had a water leak on the floor. Nice layout of the suite.
