Hotel is in a very posh area of the city- Agdal But plenty of good food available at reasonable prices nearby Hassan Tower 15 mins in taxi v cheap Kasbah des Oudayas 20 min taxi Just had a small issue with noise (banging) from upstairs Would stay again

The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. Very close to Arribat Center in the upscale Rabat neighborhood of Agdal. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back soon.

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by several significant issues that severely impacted my overall experience. The lack of internet connection was a major inconvenience, making it difficult to stay connected for work and personal communication. Furthermore, the leaky shower was not only wasteful but also created a damp and unpleasant environment. Finally, the old and worn towels felt far from luxurious and detracted from the feeling of cleanliness. It's clear that the owner needs to invest in some necessary upgrades to address these problems and ensure guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Updating the wifi infrastructure, repairing the plumbing, and replacing the linens would be a worthwhile investment that would significantly improve the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction.

The staff is very friendly and the sky cafe at the top floor has great food and also a friendly staff. There is parking in the hotel and that was very convenient. The main concern was the smell of the bathroom. I’m hoping that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

When traveling with family, the first thing you concern about is the comfort of your family, this place has it all, the service is great, all over, inside the room and outside, in the entire hotel. The restaurant at the fifth floor is an amazing place… I write this review not only because I appreciate this hotel, but because other hotels don’t have these things…, other hotels focus on the place, outside appearances and leave the room without any services…

I recently stayed at the First Suites Hotel and was delighted with my experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The suite I stayed in was perfect – very new, clean, and well-appointed. I wish the team at First Suites Hotel continued success and highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Perfect location with safe parking The rooms are very big and well equipped The thing I didn’t like is the small cockroach were every where in the kitchenette and the toilet which was very disgusting There is no amenities in the room no toothpaste or toothbrush even slippers were not available

Un excellent accueil, le personnel est sympathique. L’hôtel est bien placé et les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.
