Overall a good property just needs to do better with their landline…it’s hard to get ahold of reception.

The resort was beautiful! Everyone was very kind. The housekeeping did a good job. The massage was amazing. We had one amazing waiter at dinner and we really enjoyed him. The concierge service was fabulous. The food was good. The jacuzzi was not working. The pool says heated online but wasn’t. The breakfast buffet was very crowded. Every morning there were birds eating from the buffet. No one was assisting with seating. The staff could not keep up with the dishes. The line for eggs should be relocated.

Property is great and relaxing

The hotel is very clean and there are plenty of staff around when you need them. Food in the restaurants, especially the buffet restaurant is good value and varied. Our room was spotlessly clean but despite maintenance attending there was a leak from the toilet throughout. We used the spa and had a hammam and massage which was good but the facilities and rooms are dated and there is a damp smell in the rooms. We did not see any major damp as in some previous reviews but they were painting and renovating some areas. The hotel is quite remote but a free shuttle is provided to Tangier if you require it. Overall we were looking for a relaxing weekend to escape the winter cold and we had a nice stay. We were given a late check out for our later flight and would recommend to others wanting a relaxing break.

Great hotel with accommodating staff. We had connecting rooms which were really convenient for our family of four. I would just say that the buffet dinner was overpriced and extremely disappointing. Given that this place is far from everywhere I would have expected the hotel to provide better food choices.

L'hôtel est magnifique, les prestations nombreuses (spa, golf, ciné club, kids club, etc.) que ce soit pour les adultes ou les enfants, les chambres très spacieuses, la piscine sublime, le PDJ et les restaurants très bien. L'hôtel est par contre au isolé il vaut mieux être véhiculé.

It is a good property . Decent amenities . Need more effort in maintaining the property ( issues with bath / doors …). Staff was good and need to be listened to . Thx

I like the name; Hilton I didn’t like the stuff! I think they not qualified for the job. I had room:168. We checked in at 5 pm and they didn’t give us a room until 10 pm!! and next day they didn’t make our room until the following day.. it’s just terrible.

Retard de plus de 2h pour le check in, sois disant il ne retrouvait pas notre réservation alors que j’ai bien fourni le reçu ( paiement), au bout de 2h donc vers 17h il me demande de patienter que la chambre sois prête , se que j’ai refusé car j’étais en compagnie de mes deux bébés qui perdaient patience. Une fois dans la chambre , le lit bébé que j’ai demandé au préalable était présent dans le couloir prêt de la porte , sans drap , ni housse de matelas… la prochaine étape ON DEVRA FAIRE NOUS MÊME NOTRE LIT… À ma grande surprise les serviettes étaient sales… J’ai donc signalé tous cela au responsable, qui n’a rien voulu entendre à 3 reprises, et n’a pas fais preuve de professionnalisme. Nous venions souvent dans cet hôtel, et constatons qu’il a dégradé, que se soit au niveau des prestations, et de la nourriture. Les cocktails de la piscine sont hors de prix et n’ont pas de goût . Quand à la piscine , qui est dangereuse, du carrelage cassé au fond de la piscine et sur les marches… En bref cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles , nous avons réservé notre famille et nous au total 3 chambres. Et nous en sommes très déçu

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in het Hilton Hotel. We kwamen niks tekort. Vanaf het inchecken merk je al dat het personeel vriendelijk is en met je meedenkt. Onze familiekamer was ruim en super schoon. Het personeel is attent en behulpzaam. Ik wil iedereen bedanken voor de fijne vakantie en in het bijzonder Yassine Soukrat. Dat hij nog extra veel moeite wilde doen om mijn zoon na sluitingstijd van het restaurant van ontbijt te voorzien, waardeer ik enorm. Het overige personeel wil ik ook niks tekort doen. Super fijne mensen en ze deden er alles aan om ons een fijn verblijf te geven. Afgelopen 20 jaar heb ik veel plekken en hotels bezocht, maar dit hotel behoort tot mijn top drie. Zodra ik weer in Marokko ben, zal ik hier zeker terugkomen.

Literie très confortable, personnel à l’écoute, grande piscine et accès privé vers la plage restauration propose un vaste choix de plats aussi bien pour le petit déjeuner que le dîner , les animations le soir au cœur de l hôtel, un vrai pose musicale Mention spéciale pour le spa où le personnel, très professionnel est au petit soins
