部屋の清掃が終わっていないのに通されて、謝罪もなかった。部屋はゴミだらけ。スタッフの連携もうまく行っていない。

清潔で設備も整っていて、とても快適に過ごせました。 朝ごはんはフルーツが無いのが残念でした。

綺麗でよかった。サービスも良い。駅から歩くと、少し遠い。信号がない道があり、渡るのが大変だったため、タクシーを使うのが良いと思う。

メガネだからかもしれないが、朝食ビュッフェに忘れたのが夕方レセプションに行ったら届いてた、結構な安堵と感動を味わえた。ありがとう。

The hotel room could’ve be cleaned and presentable broken curtains door doesn’t fully close unless you slam it make sure slam shut the door the hotel staff are nice and the bar staff great would’ve like a better dining option only allows you to do the buffet but the bar staff are amazing the hotel reminds me of average holiday inn hotel in USA but it’s close to train station overall it’s decent with improvements

Par rapport au prix, les murs étaient sales, les tapis sentaient mauvais, le service était très mauvais et on nous a laissés attendre longtemps (il n’y a pas de réception). Le plafond fuyait, nous avons appelé mais personne n’a répondu au téléphone, et personne n’est venu — la chambre est restée mouillée. Au début, on vous dit que le service de blanchisserie est gratuit, mais ensuite ils vous facturent 336 dirhams (environ 33 €). En résumé, je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Staff is great!

The hotel facilities are in very good shape. I'm downgrading because of the lackluster service: - no room ready for check-in at 14:10, citing official check-in time at 15:00 - not enough towels in the room (and telephone broken so that I had to go downstairs to ask for more) - the heaters for the sausages/potatoes/etc. of the breakfast menu had run out of fuel so that they were only lukewarm; after pointing it out, they were replaced only slowly so that we didn't get hot items for the breakfast - no toilet brush in the room and toilet bowl not cleaned by housekeeping either - stored luggage kept openly next to the reception desk without even pretending they're keeping an eye on it

Ok for one night

I really did not enjoy staying at this hotel. The woman at the desk in the afternoon was rude and incompetent. I bought breakfast with my room and I was told despite proving this that it was not in the system. I would not buy breakfast there is a friendly cafe across from the hotel and the food is better with proper machine coffee. The chef appears to only be able to cook for a buffet. Prawns oil pil came in a funny sauce, no garlic or chilli as promised. The chef also does not know how to cook a steak medium rare. The drinks are over priced but I think this is a Moroccan thing. Don’t buy a gin and tonic they charge you for the gin and then the tonic making the dish ink 13 euros. All this said the girl at the desk in the mornings and the guy at the bar are warm and friendly. The last issue is the hotel appears to have the oldest and dirtiest towels I have ever seen in my life. Despite having them changed three times they were still grey and tattered. Despite this I am yet to receive even a refund for the breakfast they did not give me. If you don’t eat a meal they won’t refund it even if it is inedible.

Easy Parking

Pas tres satisfait cette fois. Il manquait toujours le tapis de bain et le 2eme jeu de serviettes. Il fallait toujours courir aprrs la femme de menage pour les reclamer. L'aspirateur semble ne pas avoir ete passé dans la chambre depuis un moment.

Hôtel classique, pas de surprise. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Chambre propre avec climatisation. Seul bémol, la vaisselle est parfois mal lavée.

Security folks were amazing. The rest ... I wouldn't recommend to a friend.
