The location is its biggest highlight , right by the dunes and truly beyond expectations. My room was at the rooftop, it gave me a luxury to watch the sunrise in the dunes privately! I also danced under the stars!
If you wanna make the instagram famous pool video you can do it from rooftop or you can take room number 24. Only this room has the best view.
The drawback, the washroom smell was quite disturbing.
And the breakfast was so so!

The hotel is beautiful…I love how the interior was traditional Moroccan theme but also very contemporary in the execution of the design. The pool is definitely a highlight. It is right alongside the sand.

Lo mejor de este hotel es, sin duda, su ubicación y la zona de la piscina, que resulta idílica y está integrada en un entorno desértico espectacular.
Sin embargo, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. En nuestro caso, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tuvimos que pasar una noche muy calurosa, con temperaturas cercanas a los 40 °C. Informamos de la incidencia al personal, aunque la respuesta no fue todo lo resolutiva que esperábamos.
El personal es amable y, en general, intenta que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible.
La cena fue muy satisfactoria, pero el desayuno buffet nos pareció algo escaso para la categoría y el nivel que el hotel pretende ofrecer.
En conjunto, es un hotel con mucho encanto y una ubicación privilegiada, aunque necesita mejorar algunos aspectos relacionados con el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y la calidad del desayuno.

Une étoile pour la localisation parfaite face aux dunes.
Une autre étoile pour la piscine agréable.
Mais en revanche, une étoile en moins pour le service, accueil plutôt froid, sans aucun renseignement.
Une autre étoile en moins pour la nourriture, le dîner du soir n'est pas bon, de peur de tomber malade, nous n'avons rien mangé.
En bref, réservez pour la localisation mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir un accueil chaleureux (c'est loin du standard du Maroc) et surtout évitez d'y manger, il y a mieux pour se restaurer dans les alentours

Room was nice, the location is great, but they can do so much more with the space, better sunbeds, put some sun shades / parasols (when I asked why they didn’t have sun shades the receptionist was surprised and said I’m the first guest asking. Which is weird in the dessert!) Nice music at the pool area and in the restaurant would be nice. The general toilet was very dirty. We had only 2 towels for 4 persons.
The dinner was delicious and more than enough!

Je tiens à partager mon expérience pour prévenir les autres voyageurs, et en particulier les femmes.
Le séjour avait très bien commencé : accueil chaleureux, disponibilité, gentillesse… jusqu’à ce qu’un incident grave se produise.
Une personne liée à l’établissement, en qui j’avais accordé ma confiance et qui nous avait accompagnées durant notre séjour, a eu un comportement totalement inapproprié et a dépassé les limites sans mon consentement, dans un contexte isolé en soirée.
J’ai dû réagir fermement et quitter immédiatement la situation avec ma fille. Ce moment a été extrêmement choquant et m’a mise dans un profond malaise.
Je tiens à être très claire : peu importe la gentillesse ou les services rendus auparavant, rien ne justifie un tel comportement.
Je recommande donc aux femmes voyageant seules ou avec des enfants d’être particulièrement vigilantes et de ne jamais ignorer leur instinct.
C’est dommage, car le lieu est beau et le séjour avait bien commencé, mais la sécurité et le respect doivent passer avant tout.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. La camera era ampia, molto pulita e dotata di ogni confort (condizionatore, ecc). Vista eccezionale sul deserto.
La cena è stata gradevole ma il menu fisso è stato limitante. Mentre la colazione è stata una pecca in quanto il cibo era completamente freddo.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole con qualche aspetto migliorabile.

Ficamos duas noites hospedados no Kanz Arremal e sem dúvida, o ponto alto é a localização, absolutamente incrível. A vista panorâmica sobre o deserto é simplesmente magnífica.
O hotel tem um enorme potencial, a estrutura é muito charmosa e o ambiente envolvente. No entanto, sentimos falta de uma equipa mais qualificada, assim como de uma maior atenção à limpeza e manutenção dos espaços (os quartos, por exemplo, não foram limpos durante a estadia).
O pequeno-almoço deixou a desejar e o jantar foi apenas razoável.
Apesar das limitações, recomendamos passar ao menos uma noite, pela paisagem única e pela oportunidade de estar tão perto do deserto.

We were 4 friends and had 2 nights stay, literally they are charging you +-200$ per night for their Swimming pool, everything else is bad. The staff is not supportive and very negative people, Sahara Desert and they don't offer any water at all. The charged us 20dh/2€ for water bottle many times because we had no option in the desert . THE AC was on for 24 hour straight and it wasn’t cooling so we had to clean the filters by ourselves.

C’est établissements est un attrape touristes ! RIEN NE VA !
Nous avons ignorés tous les mauvais avis concernant cet établissement mais croyez moi, ils sont véridiques et non pas subjectifs.
Ca été une horreur !
Le personnel est désagréable, je suis moi même Marocaine et ça m’a CHOQUÉ de vivre ce genre d’accueil au Maroc.
Tout ce qu’on demandait avait l’air de les ennuyer, ils sont pas accueillant du tout, ne dise même pas bonjour. Nous avons choisi cet établissement également car leur site annonce qu’il propose une nuitée dans les tentes au déserts dans un certains standing mais nous avons eu droit à une expérience à la hauteur du désastre de cet établissement.
Le petit déjeuner est HORRIBLE et pas du tout quali.
La piscine n’est pas entretenue et est de couleur verte à en salir les maillots.
Là climatisation dans la chambre fait un bruit d’avion et fuit au point où vous aurez les pieds dans l’eau.
