Un très beau séjour dans un hôtel historique de Rabat. L'équipe en place fait tout pour satisfaire les clients, c'est super bien.

This is a gem of a hotel. Modern features do not detract from its historic splendor. The staff is lovely, food varied and well prepared. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely decor and details - impecably cleaned by lovely friendly staff. The garden and outdoor terrace / restaurant are also lovely.

Un séjour absolument magnifique. Cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, alliant confort, quiétude et luxe. On ressent une atmosphère apaisante, idéale pour faire une pause loin du brouhaha de la ville. Dès votre arrivée, vous êtes accueilli par une équipe fière, souriante et profondément engagée à rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Sans même l’avoir demandé, j’ai eu la belle surprise d’être surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur le jardin. La chambre était superbe : spacieuse, impeccablement propre et très enveloppante. Le confort y est remarquable, et l’insonorisation permet de profiter d’un calme absolu. La vue sur le jardin est tout simplement splendide, baignée de lumière naturelle, ce qui ajoute encore au sentiment de sérénité. Un magnifique bouquet de roses illuminait la chambre, et au fil de la journée, des fruits frais ainsi que de délicieuses gourmandises m’ont été offerts. Une attention délicate qui fait toute la différence… simplement wow. L’expérience est irréprochable du début à la fin. Le personnel est attentif, discret et d’une gentillesse remarquable. On se sent réellement accueilli comme un membre de la famille, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus précieux. Si j’ai la chance de retourner à Rabat, je n’hésiterai pas une seule seconde à revivre cette expérience. C’est une véritable oasis de tranquillité que je recommande sans hésiter. Very nice hotel, but Limited dining options.

Very convenient location, excellent dining options around the hotel. Easy walkability. Very safe with excellent hotel staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

The room is clean. The staff will not effusive was pleasant. Having difficulty navigating getting the shower working.

Overall, we had a very good experience at this classy hotel: Very attentive and polite staff and lovely accomodations. But you would expect this at a 5 star hotel charging over $500 USD per night. Unfortunately, I will need to focus on a couple things that left us unimpressed. The first is structural: our garden side room provided almost no sound protection from the courtyard below. Conversations at tables just below us were loud and clear. This was especially disappointing because i messaged the hotel ahead of time to request a more remote, private room, but we were on the first floor overlooking the busiest part of the courtyard. Even so, the sound should not have carried the way it did. Basically, they need to upgrade their windows! The second concern was a service failure that was pretty absurd. We needed a direct transfer to Casablance airport (1.5-2hr away) and I consulted at the front desk one day in advance. I was told they didn't have the number for the special cab company that could handle intercity transfers but that I could hail a big white cab day of and it shouldn't be a problem. Day of, we received no assistance with obtaining the cab, never saw one and finally walked up the road to another hotel which promptly called a cab for us. It arrived 5 minutes later. Only in retrospect am I realizing how absurd the situation was with the front desk staff saying they didn't have the number to call and sending us to hail a cab in the street with no assistance.

Un peu déçu pour un palace , petite chambre , petite sdb , le patiot du jardin piscine , beau , mais autour :des salles de réunion , donc , plutôt , un hotel d'affaires que de tourisme . le 2ém jour , terrasse pdj , en préparation pour un dejeuner de metting .donc pas de pdj en terrasse.

Le palace est devenu notre pied à terre lorsque nous nous rendons à Rabat. On s’y sent toujours aussi bien. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé. Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. L’equipe est très serviable et professionnelle.J’ai eu l’occasion de fêter mes 50 ans autour d’un brunch familiale. Tout était parfait, tant le service que le choix des plats. Un grand merci à M.Allaoui pour cette magnifique organisation. Je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermés.

Nice staff, the vew from the room on the couryard is beautiful, very nice moroccan restaurant, but, the rooms and bathrooms are dated, the pool is not heated Restarnts

Hotel maravilhoso

Hotellet kändes gammalt och nedgånget. Inte alls som på bilderna.

They do have good service, staff who can speak different languages but the room upgrade we had was very disappointing. It needs to be renovated. They need to lower the air fragrance , it is too strong, it causes head. They charge too much for a bottle of water over $8. I had chicken couscous from room service and that was $62.
