場所はエルバディ宮殿のそば、フナ広場までも徒歩圏内で、とても便利な場所にあります。 わたしは、マラケシュ駅からプチタクシーでエルバディ宮殿まで行き、宿まで行きました。 スーク内にあるリヤドより、わかりやすい場所にあると思いました。 プチタクシー乗り場がそばにあるのも便利で、はじめてのモロッコ旅行でも安心だと思いました。 リヤドでは、交通機関の場所や時間、プチタクシーで行くなら相場の料金、フナ広場への行き方など、教えてくれました。 砂漠ツアーの申し込みを受け付けていて、申込みました。 申し込む際、私のつたない英語の質問にも親切に答えてくれて大変ありがたかったです。 内装がかわいらしく、気軽に訪れることができるすてきなリヤドでした。

The riad was beautifully furnished and very clean. The staff did what we asked for but I've got an impression that they don't seem very professional. We heard them chatting in the kitchen whole evening. It would have been even more destracting if we had understood their language. On the plus side, they start serving breakfast as early as 7 which was good for early departures like us.

到着日から２泊しました。 細い路地に入ってからも真っ直ぐなのでリヤドにしては分かりやすい場所にあると思います。エル・バディ宮殿は真裏だしバイア宮殿やスパイススークからもすぐ。フナ広場に出るにも徒歩１０分ほどです。 帰るといつも温かく迎えてくれ、ミントティーも飲みたいと言えばいつでも用意してくれます。エッサウィラ行きバスチケットを買いにタクシーでオフィスまで行くと言うとチケットをホテルに取り寄せてくれ無駄な時間とお金を使わずに済みました。 遠慮せず何でも相談でき、初リヤドでしたが緊張せず我が家のように過ごせました。 部屋も特別広くはないですが可愛くてくつろげます。

The hotel ,staff,proffesionalism and efficiency was fabulous. The bedroom was lovely and ornate,clean and perfect for our stay.Breakfast was delicious . The position of the riad was perfect The pool area was dissapointing and this is the reason why we have scored a little lower. A dip in the pool would have been lovely however the building work at the Palace surrounding the terrace was messy,dusty,fragments of brick in the pool was not attractive. If you do not wish to swim or having a lie in the sun its great

Overall, the riad is beautiful and well located, we have nothing bad to stay about our comfort level however there were issues with this Riad. On arrival we were asked to pay over 400 dirhams for the city tax despite it is advertised at 30 dirahms per person per night and should have been 300 for our stay. I argued this and eventually paid just over 300. The breakfast was just ok, on the last day it was just bread. Other Riads we stayed at during our trip that we paid less for provided fruit and yoghurt and eggs everyday. I asked for our room not to be cleaned but they did it anyway leaving the door unlocked every time. On the last day I wanted to settle my bill as we were leaving early the next day. I was told I had to pay cash even thought it clearly indicates on the Expedia information that they accept all major credit cards. When I asked about this they told me their machine was not working. This meant I had to make two cash withdrawals costing me fees each time. They also charged me 200 dirhams more than the Expedia rate I had booked at. It wasn't terrible, something just felt off about this Riad, you can find better.

The hotel messed up the booking and had no record of it, despite charging me for the two nights, sending me the initial confirmation, and then a further pre-check in email a week before offering various tours. Upon arrival they were reluctant to help. It took 30 minutes of conversation before they finally agreed to find us another room at another sister hotel. It would have made sense to stay at this hotel for both nights, given the fact the room was not booked. Instead they made us pack our bags and move our stuff out, back to the actual hotel, at midnight, following a busy day out exploring the city. The room they provided was small, dirty, and had bugs on the floor. The staff were very rude and showed no desire to help following their administrative error. There are plenty of good Riads in Marrakech, stay in these instead!

Nice Riad, We spend about 50 hours on getting a response on airport transfer, and a lot of money spend on calls where there was no answer. The riad is nice, pool is Nice but not heeted. Said is nice and wery helpfull, but not a Place I Will stay at again.

It's a beautiful riad close to the medina center with large rooms and friendly staff.

So lovely traditional Moroccan Riad. It is located great place in center of Marrakech, so you could access to Koutoubia Mosque, Medina, Bahia Palace, Jamaa el-Fnaa by walk.

The property is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the Medina. While the women at the front desk and service staff were polite and accommodating. But one male staff member was extremely rude and dishonest. He overcharged us beyond the Expedia quoted price and was overly pushy in trying to sell tours and recommend restaurants. The rooms were decent but came with several issues, including bathroom doors that wouldn’t lock and a lack of hot water at night. Additionally, the deluxe room was much smaller than advertised on Expedia, certainly not the 500 sqft as listed.

Il riad è molto carino e pulito non mi è piaciuto affatto che il ragazzo della reception fosse sempre pronto a fregarti in ogni modo come peraltro tutti a Marrakech. Quando abbiamo chiesto del taxi mi ha detto che dovevamo per forza prenderne due perchè eravamo e pagarne due in 8 ma alla fine è arrivato un minivan per tutte 8. Oppure quando ci voleva vendere una escursione a un prezzo spropositato...

Struttura molto vicina alla medina. Personale cortese e disponibile. La camera era molto grande. Colazione buona. Piccola piscina sopra al tetto.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Carina, le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. L'intérieur du riad est vraiment très beau, la piscine à l'étage est légèrement petite mais très agréable également (avec de l'ombre). Le petit déjeuner est servi à table entre 8h et 10h dans une salle climatisée. Il y est également possible de manger le midi et le soir sur demande (réservation la veille), par personne il faut compter 15€ pour le déjeuner et 19€ pour le dîner (plus cher que les restaurants de la Médina). Il y a également un petit espace pour les massages, qui sont proposés à des prix abordable (entre 20€ et 40€) mais nous n'avons pas testé. Le riad se trouve directement au pied du Palais el Badiî, avec une façade commune à la muraille. Les alentours du riad sont typiques de la Médina. Bref, un rapport qualité/prix au top du top !

Sayed was the best! Food was fantastic and the location was great. Very helpful with all our transportation, etc. We could not have been better taken care of.
