We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.

The room was clean and comfortable The shower was comfortable and the bathroom was clean Nice hot water

The TV was not working and the heater was not working properly not working as well the room was cold but the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned properly

Je n'ai pas effectué ma nuit à hôtel car le responsable refuser donner la chambre réserver car nous sommes couple mixte pas d'acte mariage donc pas de chambre malgré acte officiel fiançailles faites autorité juste attendons un document français pour légaliser situation je lui ai montrer et dit qu'il n'avait qu'à le mettre sur leur site j'aurais pas réserver chez lui d'ailleurs suite a son refus j'ai réserver ailleurs par contre lui me dit supprimer ma résa car moi a l'heure qu'il était ne pouvez plus le faire et qu'il ne seras pas payer j'attends remboursement de cette réservation par Hotels.com merci

We got a very friendly welcome, even though we reached the hotel in the middle of the night; arranged a very nice guide to show us the city; very helpful personnel in every way; best breakfast I had in Morocco (very delicious porrige), on top floor with great terrace

Het hotel is ontzettend gehorig. We zaten op de 4e verdieping en we konden de telefoon op de 6 verdieping horen overgaan. Je hoort elke voetstap! Heel erg jammer. We hadden een extra deken gevraagd bij de receptie. Na een half uur nog geen deken! Nog een keer gebeld en na de derde keer bellen kregen we eindelijk een extra deken. Ik had een kamer gereserveerd met een twee persoonsbed, we kregen een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden die heel erg smal waren, je kon je amper omdraaien. en hadden ook nog eens uitzicht op de binnenzijde van het hotel! Een hal met een trap erin!

Staff is very nice and helpful, but language barrier is big issue. Except front desk staff , they speaking very well English. Room was nice but smell at room very bad( generally you can feel this smell everywhere in Morocco ). Terrace is extra pleasure,nice and big. I like a lot all staff in hotel even with language barrier they was very kindly and helpful. Shukran :)

This hotel is staffed by a wonderful team of smiling and helpful people. Everyone is very friendly and professional, that includes the front desk staff, restaurant folks and the housekeeping personnel. Couldn't ask for more in a hotel staff. The property is well kept and the furnishings much better than other three star hotels I have stayed in. The wifi is secure and I had no problems with it during my visit. The location near the main train station is good. Not a lot to do in the immediate neighborhood but it is just a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the old city & media with all its nearby attractions. The front desk staff will also help you if you need a guide for the city or excursions out of the city. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Was very comfortable and modern, much like the hotels at home. Great to stop for the night after a long drive and then leave again in the morning. Free street parking. Grocery store just next door. Restaurant in the hotel was also a bonus.

En commençant de la garde de l'hôtel tout personnel tout simplement parfait très sympa accueillant on a était très satisfait de l'hôtel je vous recommande sans hésitation si je dois retourner encore à cette ville de meknes j'irai sans hésitation dans cette hôtel
