Fantastic location and friendly staff. The view from the roof in the morning is amazing for a sunrise or sunset. If you can book a room with a balcony, the view of people around Cafe Centrale is nice. Only complaint if I were to be incredibly picky was the outlet in my room was a bit loose (minor minor complaint). 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent location and really friendly staff. However there is not air conditioning in the room, only a fan. The area is noisy because it is central but the window is double glazed and has a shutter which helps. The staff helped us with finding a place to do our laundry and it was two minutes walk. They also arranged a taxi to the airport and helped us until last moment. Upen check-in you need to pay city tax, this is everywhere, just fyi. Place has stairs and no lifts just fyi. The rooftop is really lovely almost at all times, however no wifi connection on the roof. To me the toilet in the room was situated in a tight spit and I was sitting kind of sideways to do my thing, and I am a slim man. All the staff were super lovely. You can bring someone to the Lobby but not the rooms. To get the room serviced ypu need to hand the receptionist the room key and request the room service. If you go there look for Mu’ness :)

Denne hotel er slet ikke godt for handicap og ældre mennesker, der var ikke noget aircondition i værelse og er alt for meget støj både dage og nat, personalet er ok.

Do not waste your time and money here. An awful establishment! The water pressure is very low. I could not take a shower. I could barely brush my teeth. No air-conditioning!! No elevator, a lot of stairs. If this hotel would’ve been in North America. It would’ve been shut down for so many reasons. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

There was a band playing at 3:15 am and car honcking. After, there was a prayer going loud on the speaker. There was no AC, and the toilet was dirty. Il was humid and hot.

Fantastisk beliggenhet i Medína, «gammelbyen». Upåklagelig service og humør på ansatte, helt spesielt serviceinnstilt, blide og trivelige. Midt i hjertet av byen, så det er en del støy her hele døgnet. Usikker på hvordan hotellene er i resten av byen, men for oss virker dette autentisk, med stort hjerte og helt den opplevelsen vi ønsket og forventet. Når det er sagt vil vi nok bo i et roligere område om vi skulle tilbake til byen

Loved this hotel right at the entrance to the medina. I stayed in the terrace suite and it was a beautiful view of the city and the water. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As others said, it was loud at times because you’re in the medina, but that didn’t bother me. Extra blankets, hangers, mini fridge, TV, couch in my suite. Excellent location — so close to the port, taxis and the bus. Coffeemaker was clogged, but not a huge issue. Would absolutely stay again.
