部屋ではWi-Fiが繋がらず、設備も古く、四つ星というよりは三ツ星以下のホテルだと感じました。

エアコンが効かず寒い。部屋がペンキくさい。寝具が古く不潔。コスト的には我慢の範囲です。 駅から近いので深夜到着とかの場合、利用価値がある。

Le matelas est juste horrible

Hôtel bien situé. Très proche de la gare ferroviaire. Pleins de restaurants et de cafés tout autour. Service impeccable. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Très bon service à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Les rideaux étaient occultants et donc chambre sombre la nuit et de bon matin. Rien ne manquait, serviettes et draps très propres, savons et gel douche, séchoir et télés, etc. Par contre, il n'y avait pas suffisamment de chaînes, surtout pour enfant. La vue de notre terasse donnait sur un bâtiment en construction, donc bruit présent. Hôtel joli dans l'ensemble et très spacieux, mais nécessitant une bonne touche de rénovation.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für meine Mutter in diesem Hotel reserviert, und wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das großzügige Buffet – die Auswahl war riesig und alles war frisch und lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm, und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Mutter hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt, und wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Additionally, the hotel's restrictive policy prohibiting outside food and drinks left guests with limited dining options and a sense of frustration. Adding to the dissatisfaction was the demeanor of the staff members, who were described as rude and unpleasant to interact with. This negative interaction further compounded the already disappointing experience, making the stay at Hotel Mariem less than enjoyable. Despite potential improvements in accommodation quality, the lack of essential amenities and the presence of unfriendly staff members overshadow any positive aspects of Hotel Mariem. Prospective guests should consider these factors before booking their stay at this establishment.

Property was good and serviced and attention were excellent very humble and great people !!!

El personal de recepción es muy amable. Me ayudaron en todo.. el desayuno es bueno ( 6€) el comensal. La piscina y alrededores genial..Limpieza 10 ...

Lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious, staff were all friendly and helpful (arranged a guided tour). Room was clean. Overall comfortable stay.

The hotel facility is nice but needs upgrading. The night staff did not have access to a computer to verify the online booking. There was a water pressure problem in the room. The bathroom sink only had a trickle of water. The shower pressure went and up and down all the time. The bed sheets were old and stained. They were cleaned but old, overused and stained. The mattress however, was comfortable to sleep on.

Steps from the train station and everything was comfortable. Bed was good.. Shower was good.. Internet was stellar.. Overall great

L'accueil de Madame Jamila était excellente. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est correct et calme. Près de la gare. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner pas tres bien fourni déçue. La salle de sport très déçue également. Hôtel correct.

I was very happy with everything from the friendly staff to the welcoming warm atmosphere. Food was beyond this world having a wide range of choices to choose from. The rooms and hotel itself was exceptionally clean and i couldnt have asked for a better stay. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the wonderful receptionist jamila who has made my stay a pleasure.

Seemed really nice at first (pools, hair dryer, etc), but then you start looking around and realize half the lights don’t work, there is only one outlet 6 feet up, the tub doesn’t drain and one of your windows don’t lock. We called the front desk and told them about the shower not draining. They said they would send someone, but they never did. Then we told them in person, they said someone would look at it, but I still ended up taking a shower in 6” of standing water.

Hôtel qui a besoin d’un rénovations . L’air climatisé non fonctionnel ou très bruyant, WIFI très faible, petit-déjeuner très décevant. Et les cuillères en plastique - pourquoi?! Personnel sympatique.
