hotel simple mais très bien et propre

Sejour tres bien. Hotel simple mais tres bien. Personnel sympathique, service tres bien, literie au top, propreté bien, piscine bien, bien situe. Marrakech splenfide comme d habitude

Les chambres ne sont pas disponibles à 12h mais 15h et il faut les libérer pour 11h le lendemain. Pas de parking mais c est l aventure pour trouver une place dans la rue

Sejour agreable dans cet hotel situe, au calme, a une vingtaine de minutes de la place Jemaa-el-Fna et a proximite du quartier Gueliz. Une belle piscine au dernier etage. Seul bemol l'activite bruyante et les bavardages, des 7h30, des femmes de menage.

Had a good stay at Racine. Location is great with many restaurants within a 5 minute walk or less. 20 minute walk to the Medina/Souks. 25 minute walk to Menara Mall. Pool area was great and had towels readily available. Breakfast was the highlight. Had many options daily. Crepes, French toast, sausages, breads, cheese, yogurt, pastries etc. The fresh orange juice was the best and a hot commodity. Room was spacious. A little dated but nothing to complain about. Beds were comfortable and had hot water to take showers daily. Overall a great stay and value.

It was a good hotel.

Zwembad op het dak, weinig parasols. Ontbijt en diner perfect geregeld. Vriendelijk personeel. Taxi staat vrijwel altijd voor de deur te wachten dus je kan makkelijk naar de stad. Parkeren aan de straat, kost 20 Dirham per nacht. Te betalen bij de parkeerwachters met hesje. Vlak naast het hotel een wasserette waar je voordelig wasjes kan draaien.

Très satisfaite des prestations de l hôtel Racine. La piscine de jour comme de nuit excellent sur le toit. Situé très proche des sites à visiter et du centre ville. Menage fait tous les jours changement de serviettes à la semande et petit dejeuner très copieux. Je recommande cet hotel pour passer un bon séjour à Marrakech

Le personnel o top tres gentil , dommage on a jamais changer notre draps de lit depuis on est arrivé on est rester 7 jour et notre drap a jamais etait changé sinon bon accueil restaurant très bon

Déçu suite aux avis je pensais que l hôtel était correct mais il est vétuste notamment la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais certaines choses sont du réchauffées de la veille. Le personnel peu sympathique. La piscine est petite et les bains de soleil ne sont pas en très bon état

Spacious and comfortable room for families great buffet breakfast. Definitely would stay here again!

Our 3-night stay was great! The property is located in a pretty convenient area very close to attractions, dining options, and shopping. The hotel is well maintained but could use some upgrades. The free breakfast was mediocre but the out of pocket menu had good options - I recommend the Moroccan dishes. The highlight of our trip was the excellent service we’ve received from Samira at the rooftop restaurant. She exceeded our expectations with her kindness and willingness to help with all of our needs. Thank you Samira for everything, you truly left a mark on our family and made our stay enjoyable!

The only thing is positive is location beside that everything needs attention. I was on 6 floor and the restaurant on the top of our head they push tables and chairs and no way you can have a rest please next door it’s bar and music loud all night. Hotel outdated needs new mattresses, now the customer service needs also to be improved , very cold, no welcoming , no one offered to unload and help with luggage’s , the breakfast area is very small and situated on -2 underground , shortage on food plus the waitresses are there talking loud and putting plates together loud. Breakfast area was dirty and no one of them clean it. No cups for coffee plus the coffee machin is broken.

Bello, é piaciuto molto a tutta la famiglia, peccato che, il chek-in fosse alle 15 e non alle 12 come scritto nel sito.

Très mauvais qualité des draps et oreiller. Aucun confort. Très déçu
