Service au top très belle chambre hôtel très propre

C était un beau séjour en famille tranquille propre accueillant rien a dire merci a tout le personnel

Très belle hôtel, service et personnel au top. Dommage que les lits de bb ne soit pas fourni gratuitement.

The staff were amazing especially the bell boy Hicham and the lady who cleaned our room. My son changed the sign outside our door to DO NOT DISTURB as a joke and I called for the room to be cleaned later in the day and she complied immediately. Fantastic staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel was not by the beach as the name suggests but I suppose I should have asked before finalizing the booking. Otherwise our stay was FAB.

Bij het uitchecken kwamen we erachter dat we €650 euro missen. Geld hadden we in een tas met een slotje erop. We hadden eerst niet in de gaten dat de ritsen toch nog op een kiertje open kunnen staan. Alleen de kamermeisje van het hotel kan het gepakt hebben aangezien ze de enige was die de kamer in was gegaan volgens de camerabeelden. Politie is het nu aan het onderzoeken. Maar uitermate vervelend dat we dit moesten meemaken. Voor ons nooit meer Tamuda Beach hotel.

ATTENTION GROSSE ARANQUE la piscine est ouverte que juillet et aout nous sommes partie en octobre la piscine nétait était sale on nous a dis quon pouvais pas nous baigné . enssuite le spa , le salon de coiffure ,sale de sport , et hammam pareil , FERMER tout es fermé de septembre jusqua juillet !! petit déjeuné on nous a dis cest au buffet gros menssonge cest a la carte pas le choix !!! et pour finir le desastre petit déj prévue a 8h mis cest FAUX pure menssonge gros retard !! donc prévoyer davoir le ventre vide un moment !! le personnelle dorment sur place et sont d'aucune utilité !! que ce soit lôtel ou le personnelle 0 , lit pour bébé 10 euros de frais par nuit ! ils savent que encaissé votre mécontentement ils s'en tapent royalment payer un hôtel 100 euros la nuit pour avoir aucune prestation une honte . ha oui même le nom de lôtel cest un menssonge " hotel tamuda BEACH alors que ya même pas de plage a côté !!!

Bon hôtel, propre et récent , chambre très spacieuse avec terrasse . Le seul reproche que je ferais c’est les portes des chambres qui claquent et vous réveilles ainsi que la vmc de la sdb qui fait du bruit quand on allume la lumière . Piscine propre avec de beau transat et une salle de sport.

An efficient and pleasant hotel, not too expensive even in high season. Good buffet breakfast, big clean rooms. WIFI could be a lot better and getting a taxi organised and to arrive was a real lengthy chore (mostly the taxi driver's fault I suspect) - but the hotel should probably have an exclusive arrangement during high season.

The hotel staff is very friendly and fully engaged in making the customer's stay very pleasant. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The only negative is that the beach is not easily accessible. The view from one of our rooms was not good (white wall). Very happy with our stay there even if prices were a little high (Which is normal in July and August).

The hotell was nice, clean and near to the beach. The wi-fi wasnt so good. The breakfast was really good and the straff very helpful. Its 10 mins to Mdiq and around 30 mins to medina. If your take normal taxi Will IT cost alot, around 300 dh. But if you share with others you pay 5 dh to Mdiq and 12,5 dh to medina!

When it is: - Normal to find the receptionist forgetting essential information to tell the guests like the breakfast time, where is the hotel's main restaurant, what facilities the hotel has, etc.. things that is not even found with one star hotels..!! - Normal to put the "sleep" sign at your room door handle and you find someone entered the room as he is a "blind man" just to check on the mini-bar...!! - Normal to order a simple dish from the room service and you get the most awful very expensive dish you've ever tried, and you leave it uneaten and no one calls you to ask you why you left your dish uneaten just to check on the food quality...! - Normal to finally made it to restaurant - which you don't know where the hell it is - for your breakfast and all the hosts at the restaurant are speaking loudly and shouting to each other as if we are in a city market, or some one tries to take your plate that is in front of you because he believes you've eaten enough, or for 5 days the same breakfast is served as you are in jail not a 4 starts over 100$ a night hotel..! - Normal to have a very bad and slow "FREE WiFi" internet - Normal to stay in a hotel which its name ends with "... Beach" but its has no beach at all, and not even a public one..! - Normal to have an spa but with no married couple spa facility as its forbidden for girls to massage a man..! When all of the above is normal then, Welcome to Tamuda "Beach..!!" hotel

L'hôtel est bien situé (en 5 minutes on est en ville) et le cadre appelle tout de suite à la détente et au dépaysement. Le personnel est serviable et toujours à l'écoute et la propreté de l'appart irréprochable. Une belle surprise au petit déjeuner qui était bon copieux avec beaucoup de choix (impossible de ne pas y trouver on compte).

It was an amazing stay. It is a calm place, close to the beach with a friendly and profissional staff. A real 5 star service with adorable price.

Weekend paisible et reposant. L'hôtel était relativement vide donc pas de bruit pour faire la grâce matinée.

Top hotel. Super schoon, heel mooi ingericht en zeer attent personeel. Tamuda Beach Hotel, daar gaan we zeker nog naar toe. Fam. A. M. E. 717
