Room was clean and amenities were great

The kitchen staff, janitor and security staff were brilliant - responsive, supportive, patient and very helpful. However, the reception staff were an opposite - unwilling to help us book our 2 rooms next to each other even though we had 2 kids under 5 and so we had to make do with walking across the cold corridor at night to see to their needs. The amenities in the room were not so great - furniture in the rooms looked old, paint and door hinges coming off in certain areas, remote control falling apart, sofa chair smelling damp. I tried calling the reception several times, and was unsure if it was connecting at all of they were just not picking up. Overall, not sure I'd stay again if I have a similar or better option.

The property was not kept up with. It is quite old and the beds are hard to sleep on. The pictures look beautiful but the rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. The bathrooms are very bad with the placement of bidets and the toilet.

O hotel esta muito bem localizado (proximo ao shoping mall, restaurantes e supermercado). O café da manhã e bom (apesar de nao ter gostado do sabor do cafe servido). O quarto e confortável, mas acho qie precisa de uma repaginada (a mobilia esta um pouco desgastada).

Tiene que desarrollar más las habitaciones y añade más opciones y más comidas en el desayuno

Belle piscine, bon stationnement, pas d’eau offert dans les chambres, c’est spécial car l’eau n’est pas potable, petit déjeuner sans fruits, ordinaire comme endroit, dispendieux pour le service offert

On a eu un excellent séjour à l'hôtel, espace calme avec une ambiance naturelle époustouflante. Les terrasses vue sur jardin sont une excellente option pour travailler. La piscine était bien même si j'ai pas eu l'occasion de me baigner mais j'ai aimé. Les lits sont confortables. Si on peut améliorer qqs choses ça va être l'ascenseur et les salles de bain. Sinon merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe pour leur bienveillance.

A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis. The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in . One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk. The pool is very clean and close to rooms There is rooms facing the pool also Rooms are cleaned daily Very good hotel and good location Staff very helpful .. especially ibtissam

Hôtel au top avec un personnel aux petits soins, je vous le recommande à 100%

Nice place has a lot of potential. Took more money than what agreed through Expedia. Not the most helpful of people ask for ice on a couple of occasions to no help. The fridge is terrible for keeping anything close to cold. Asked for an iron but to no help. They do not change the bedsheets on every occasion of housekeeping. Get your money exchanged else where they don’t give a good rate. They think customer service is a smile only. For a four star hotel it behaves as a two star.

El personal fue super amable, lugar tranquilo y limpio. La piscina está muy bien cuidada.

This isn't my first stay at the hotel. It has a brand perception that should be maintained. However, the breakfast offerings are lacking. I stayed in room 118 on the ground floor, and that room is in desperate need of renovation. In any other place in Europe, that room wouldn’t be used unless it had been refurbished!

Habitaciones amplias, limpio y tranquilo

Chambre vieillotte, le sol n’était pas propre et la baignoire sale (des poils dans la baignoire), la porte fenêtre de la terrasse a dû être réparée car elle ne se fermait pas (nous étions au rez de chaussée) L’hôtel est calme mais les chambres mériteraient à être refaite au vu du prix de la nuitée.

Ich würde es als ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehen. Das Personal ist insgesamt recht zuvorkommend. Habe noch 4 Tage verlängert, bevor ich in die Wüste gehe👳‍♂️
