多くのスタッフは特に問題はないが、コンシェルジュの仕切りは最悪で、5つ星ホテルとは到底思えない不誠実ぶり。具体的には、カサブランカ空港までの車を手配したところ、当日になってクレジットカードでの支払いを拒否され、予約していたグレードの車よりも低いグレードの車が配車された。クレームしなければそのままにする様子がありあり。ホテルの総支配人への面会を求めたところ、慌てて修正する始末。こんな5つ星ホテルはこれまで経験なく、あり得ない。

部屋は広くてよいが、町の中心でなく、タクシーがぼる。ホテルの送迎バスは出ているが、本数は少ない。周りには何もなく、歩いては厳しい。食事はいまいち。フランス語がメインでアメックスがなかなか使えなくて困った。エステは午後８時まで、やる気あるのかないのか。まーまーですね。

Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

Rummets storlek var verkligen bra, men helhetskänslan nådde tyvärr inte upp till den 5-stjärniga standard man förväntar sig. Inredningen kändes gammal och sliten, särskilt badrummet som definitivt hade behövt en uppfräschning. Det som däremot gjorde vistelsen minnesvärd var personalen – de var helt enkelt fantastiska. Ett extra stort tack till **Marwa** på den italienska restaurangen, som var suverän vid varje besök och verkligen höjde upplevelsen. Hotellets läge är bra, nära centrum men ändå tillräckligt avskilt för att ge lite lugn och ro. Värt att nämna är dock att man hör flygplan frekvent, vilket kan vara störande för den som är känslig för ljud. Sammanfattningsvis: Bra personal och läge, men rummen behöver uppdateras för att nå en äkta 5-stjärnig nivå.

Un vrai coup de cœur ! 2 eme fois au kenzi L’ambiance est paisible et authentique, on se sent comme à la maison. Ont a ete surclassé a notre arrivée dans une suite de 110m2 par kaoutar et ayoub merci encore L’hôtel allie confort moderne et respect de l’environnement, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est aux petits soins mention spéciale a adile du saoussene qui donne de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Une expérience unique que je recommande

I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses.

Not worth the price. The hotel boasts a large pool area and a "palace"- like build, but it is extremely outdated, and the staff doesn't seem to care. Does not have basic amenities like an iron available. I requested it for 3 days straight and multiple times, but the front desk always responded the same way: they would look into it and bring one. However, it never came. The buffet at the restaurant is disappointing and not worth the price. While there, I saw many guests complain about their rooms, and the staff did very little to fix the issues. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to any traveler, as there are many better options in Marrakech for better value.

The hotel is situated in lush gardens with a beautiful pool area. The building is lovely and room spacious and well appointed. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Staff are welcoming and polite. Breakfast well presented and tasty. Shuttle to centre appreciated and always on time. An enjoyable stay.

Very nice property with beautiful gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. Free shuttle to Jema-al-Fna Square. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The only negative for me was that my room was on the side of the hotel where there was music coming from a nightclub in a neighbouring property late at night. Also they could do with some soft pillows. But I would happily stay there again.

The hotel was brilliant, staff were even better. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough…it is simply awesome!!!
