ハネムーンで利用しました。 受付スタッフはフレンドリーです。 部屋はモダンです。 ただ、掃除機しかしないのか、シャワールームは掃除をしていない感じで変な匂いがして、ドアノブには歯磨き粉の跡、シンクの周りには何かのこぼれた跡、テレビ前の台にはコップの跡など、拭き掃除はしないようです。 シーツもタバコで燃えた跡なのか、焦げて穴が空いてました。 朝食は目の前で他のテーブルで残された使い回しのパンを出されました。 それまでリヤドに泊まっていましたが、リヤドの方がきちんと清掃されていた印象です。 モダンというだけでお客が入っていることを良いことに掃除は手抜きなんだなと思いました。 スイートに泊まらなくて良かったです。 wifiは問題なく使えますし、分かりやすい場所にあるので、清潔を求めなければ十分なホテルかと思います。

部屋は小さいが、ビジネス街に近く、価格もリーズナブル。 全体的に清潔で、ヨーロッパのブティックホテルの趣き。 ワイファイは一部の部屋ではつながりにくいことも。 朝食はメニューにバリエーションが無いが、きちんとしている。 場所が分かりにくいが、近隣にはお酒の飲めるレストランも多く、ロケーション的に、ビジネスには非常に便利。

très bien situé dans Casablanca. Personnel discret et eficace.

When we checked in, the hotel room had a weird smell coming from the bathroom. It lingered for days but we still don't know where it came from. We were out one day and we came back to the room unlocked, the housekeeping cart in the living room, the windows open but no one was in. This was rather disconcerting as we had our bags in our room. We had to call the front desk to tell them what happened. The next day, we went out again and came back with the room cleaned but the windows were left wide open. Again, this is very disconcerting as we had our items in the room.

Réception pas top, suite luxe correct mais quelques desagrements exemple pas télé a part 1 chaine politique en français, salle d'eau pas top , soucis badge régulièrement

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL NO WIFI NO AIR CONDITION AND NOT CLEAN AT ALL , I HAVE PICTURES OF THAT . THEY ARE SUPER BIG SCAMMERS I PAID EXTRA 400 DH FOR NO REASON . AND YOU CAN'T SLEEP AT ALL

I been traveling many years I Never stayed in a hotel like the bed it's very gross they don't change the sheets. The towels not white anymore brown NO WIFI AND NO AIR CONDITIONING AND LOOOOTS OF NOISE. They are a big scammers, they didn't tell me that i will pay for breakfast the guy at night told me the time for breakfast it's suuuuuuper small breakfast i paid 80dh for each breakfast and the first day i pay the fees and when i was leaving they ask me to pay 331 dh fres even i paid 80 dh when i checked in .i paid total fees and the gross breakfast . Don't go to this hotel it's a scam.

La situation de l hotel est tres bonne.Le personnel est disponible et reactif. L ensemble des chambres meritent un rafraîchissement voire une renovation.

Bien dans l’ensemble. Mais, le dimanche matin la personne en charge du petit déjeuner était malade et l’hotel ne nous a rien proposé! Nous avons déjeuné dans le bar en face à nos frais

Déçu du système de réservation qui a loué 2 fois nôtres chambre et on a du avoir une chambre inférieur avec un avantage mais bon déçu comme même

Goed was het personeel aan de deur. Slechte kamer geen uitzicht wat wel op de folder stond. Het ligt wel erg neutraal. Er is helemáál geen luxe spa. Het is iet wat gedateerd

Location and the stuffs. You feel at home! It has a lot of places to eat nearby. Very confortable room.

Lovely hotel - friendly staff. The street was a bit too loud though, made it hard to get adequate sleep. But this is outside the hotels control. Lots of coffee and eateries in the same street and the supermarket a few meters away was an absolute bonus ( the hotel only serves breakfast) Comfy bed, hot water and very clean.

Very bad hotel I seen in my 22 travel history, reception staff very unprofessional,after 15 minutes waiting he gave me keys,room size very small,bathroom dran system very bad.i think 1 star hotel better this hotel, never recommend 👎

Staff is very nice and rooms are clean, calm and artistique. Hotel is very close to downtown. Everything is around you. Groceries and restaurants. Whenevrr I go to to Casablanca I book my stay at Le Terianon

It was okay in general, hotel is situatied 2 minutes walk from Casablanca downtown.The hotel need some improvements.The receptionist very friendly.Safe area with lots of restaurants ! Go for it :)

Non mi è piaciuta la camera, molto piccola e pertanto scomoda, soprattutto per chi come me la utilizza anche come ufficio.
