従業員が素晴らしいホテル

一言で表すとマラケシュの楽園。 オーナーの1人であるトムさんは11年間日本で暮らした経験があり、日本人の性格を熟知している。もちろんトムさんからの日本語でのサポートもあるので、安心して周囲へ観光に行ける。住環境も、水周り、Wi-fi、食事など全てに置いて満足。そしてなにより落ち着いた庭の雰囲気、スタッフの気配りが最高。フナ広場へのアクセスも徒歩15分程度。 大変お勧めできるホテル(リヤド)。

Everything is good. I'd like to stay again for my next trip. Beautiful renovated riad and comfortable service staff. One thing, it is little bit far from center of other place to visit for sightseeing. But it is not problem for me. I enjoyed very much walking to and from Koutoubia Mosque and Minaret that was good point to get and out taxi when you go out and back to this riad.

部屋は静かで快適、清潔で朝食も美味しかったです。ベッドやバスルームに花びらで飾りをしてくれていて、なんとも可愛らしかったです！ スタッフはとても親切で、旅の計画について現地についてから考えようとしていた私に色々とアドバイスをしてくれました。砂漠ツアーもホテル経由で申し込みしてもらいました。オーナーは日本語が話せて、英語やフランス語に不安がある方でも利用しやすい施設だと思います。 ジャマエルフナからは歩いて15分？くらい。まわりは特にお店とかは無く、夜はひっそりとしています。ホテルにもスパはありますが、近くにも有名なハマムがあります。 女ひとり旅、このホテルのおかげで安心して楽しめました！またマラケシュに来る際にはこのホテルにお世話になろうと思います！

こじんまりとしていますが、それが非常に良いです。部屋の雰囲気も良く、スタッフの対応も、ホスピタリティあります。 もう何泊かしたかったですね。

りアドばかりを泊まっていましたが、もう少しホテルライクなサービスを求めて、このホテルに決めました。 私の部屋は少し狭かったですが、可愛らしくまとまっており 必要なものはすべて揃っていました。 ただ、ベッドが柔らか過ぎたこと、シーツに細かい砂のようなものがあったことが少し残念。(2泊ともでした) ホテルスタッフは、どの人も感じがよく、 フレンドリーながらも、崩さない姿勢に好感を持ちました。 とても居心地のよいホテルです。 その場で焼いてくれる朝食のモロッカンケーキも美味しかったです。

フナ市場からは少し歩きますが、マラケシュで泊まったリヤドの中では一番良かったです。リヤドはカスバ地区にあります。 リヤド内にハマムやプールがあり、町に出なくても過ごせます。 レストランの食事も美味しかったです。インターネットが無料で使えます。 客層はフランス人が多いです。 オーナーの息子さんは１１年間日本に住んでいたらしく日本語がぺらぺらで、心強いです。

旧市街の中でも静かなホテルです。 中心部の広場まで歩いてやや距離はあるけれど、落ち着いて過ごすにはおすすめ。 朝食のパンケーキがとってもおいしかった！

Great place to stay in a good location not to close to the main parts of Marrakech but mostly walkable, the staff here are so friendly and nice and are always on hand with help and information. Rooms are big and clean there’s a television with a couple of English news channels for those interested, breakfast is very basic but the food available to purchase at other times of the day is really good and they sell alcohol here. Stay here rather than a hotel that you probably stay in every other time you go away, you won’t regret it.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, schöner Pool Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhig.

The hotel was excellent and the service was wonderful. The location was near all attractions but a bit calmer.

Welcoming and courteous staff, charming gem with full amenities, walkable to all Medina corners but enough away from the noise and busy touristic traffic. I recommend.

My wife and I have recently returned from a 1 week holiday in Marrakech staying the Les Borjs. The riad is owned by Tom and Nora, who have spent a considerable time getting the riad to the very high standard that it is. We were greeted at the desk and taken through to the court yard where we had our first mint tea and Moroccan pastries/biscuits. What a greeting! Our cases were taken up to our room whilst we were having our tea. This is just the beginning which just goes to show you how good the hospitality is. The rest of our stay was just fantastic. Les Borjs was our oasis of calm from the frenetic and chaotic pace of the Medina. Tom and Nora, and all of the staff - from the cleaners to the front of house, were just so hospitable and provided us with some much information during our first stay in Marrakech. We would definitely recommend this riad sooo highly and if we were to visit Marrakech again we would have no hesitation in staying, provided Tom and Nora would have us back. Shukran

The owners and all the staff were wonderfully kind and we loved every minute of our stay. Breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant for lunch, dinner or just a snack was amazing. A beautiful property with every amenity you could possibly need for your stay in Marrakech.

This is a very classy Riad with excellent facilities, very good food and extremely good and friendly staff. It really does exceed expectations.

The Riadh was lovely and very comfortable, the staff were also excellent. The pool was a god send and away from the hussle and bussle of the Mediba a short walk to all amenities.

Excellent hotel in the Marrakech Kasbah. Also best cocktail bar and restaurant in the area.

I had a great 2 days stay. The owner Tom and his wife were great and all the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant on site served beautiful meals. The pool and roof top areas are a great place to relax and watch the day go by.

I stayed here my last 2 days in Marrakesh after my family departed. I decided to have a few solo days and this was the most perfect Riad for this. It was tucked away from the busy sucks but close enough to walk. I felt safe being there as well as walking the streets around. I would absolutely recommend Les Borjs de Kasbah if you are looking for a riad in Marrakesh. The food and service was great. The director, Tom, was kind and made sure to introduce himself. I have no complaints about my stay except that it was too short. There is also direct access to the front which made for easy transportation arrangements. I would absolutely visit again.

This riad is beautiful. The owners and staff are lovely, extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing in any way. Rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and so clean. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and all delicious. I really appreciated the peacefulness and the sunny pool area was wonderful. I felt very safe as a lone female traveller. I booked a single room and it was spacious and well equipped, it didn’t feel like a tiny room. I walked all around the city and found this to be a great base, it’s also very convenient for the airport, it’s in the old walled city but on the side nearer to the airport, it can be reached by taxis which can stop outside. A great stay.
