Very kind English speaking staffs!! My room was clean except for the shower head.

I requested the change of room that are totally different from the room I reserved. For example, standard double room. Room is not double and bed is also not double. I sent the change of room the day I checked in. The hotel response me three days before I will check out. It was too late, their service is not professional. I was so disappointed. Other service is very good.

The staff was very rude and terrible. I booked a twin room to stay in with my fiance, and the hotel receptionist gave me double room and doesn't accept we stay together in the same room because We don't have marriage certificate, though They didn't mention it in the booking conditions. And the worse was when We ask cancellation and money back, They didn't want to do It , and They ask us to cancel which will cost us cancellation fee, though It was totally their fault. So I was forced to stay alone. The first night the airconditioner wasn't working, and I was sweating all the night. Corridor light doesn't work properly. The room service didn't check body soap level, so I couldn't use It the following day.

ラバト空港からラバト市内行きシャトルバス（ライアンエアーの到着に合わせたバスのようなので、他者便利用だと1時間以上の待ち時間あり。観光客の場合はこのバスかタクシーしか市内への乗り物が無いため、タクシーは150デュルハムとふっかけられます）にさえ、乗れれば終点から徒歩圏内。カサブランカ空港からだと電車でRabat ville駅まで乗ると同じく徒歩圏内。部屋は清潔。ただベッドは小さめ。シャワー下の床がかなり滑りやすので、シャワー上がりにタオルなどに手を伸ばす時は要注意。スタッフは笑顔で親切でした。ホテル周囲にカフェやレストランなどありますが、ホテルの一階にもこじんまりしたレストランあり。部屋に歯ブラシが無いので、持参要。

Practical for short trips. Close to the Medina and other touristic point, many dinning options around and quiet at night.

The location is amaizing, just blocks away from the Medina, the palace, and the RABAT VILLE train station. Many places to eat and have refeshments. Was quiet at night, and you can hear the call of prayer from the mosque near by. Really safe. Breakfast was good, but only starts at 7am.

Personnel très accueillant, à l’écoute et très gentil, à côté de toute commodité. Le ménage a été fait tout les jours, Je recommande.le seul bémol il n’y a pas de frigo dans la chambre pourtant j’ai réservé une chambre supérieure. Le petit déjeuner inclus est varié. Le personnel de cuisine était disponible

Sehr nette Leute am Empfang, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Lediglich den Gebetsruf hört man sehr laut, da die Moschee direkt neben dem Hotel ist.

Convenient location within walking distance from the Rabat Ville station. Room is very spacious and well equipped. However, the air conditioning is always on heating and there is never cooling despite the setup on panel, so it is awfully hot in the room. You can open the windows but the traffic is very noisy outside with all the honking. And the opposite mosque has the call to prayer at 6:30am in the morning. Staff are in general not particular lly welcoming and attentive and some can't understand English, however there is a young male staff who is super polite and enthusaistic Breakfast should be complementary (I say "should" as the staff seemed not fully understanding my question and let me dine anyway), and there is a good variety of bread, cold plate, salad and beverages. However scrambled egg is the only hot protein dish

Not a good hotel. All they want is your money

Hotel confortevole, ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e ai luoghi da visitare, in zona tranquilla e ben servita. Ho prenotato 3 camere, tutte spaziose e pulite, letti comodi e bagni nuovi. Colazione buona. Personale gentile, disponibile ed efficiente: ci hanno prenotato un transert da effettuarsi dopo diversi giorni per tornare da Meknes all’aeroporto di Rabat perfetto. Consigliato

Un alojamiento bastante basico. fue una mala experiencia por qeu fuman en las habitaciones y ellos lo permiten. Me cambiaron de habitacion a una donde no servia el aire acondicionado en AGOSTO, preferi callarme y agunatar calor 3 dias , habitacion bastante pequeña aunque se supone que era una cama doble y al coger un agua del buffet del desayuno un empleado me persiguio hasta el ascensor para quitarmela. cabe destacar que estoy en desacuerdo por que me hospede una semana que me costo 5000 Dh no veo la necesidad de perseguir un cliente para quitarle un agua de 10Dh. Haqy pocas opciones para comer alrededor. NO volveria a hospedarme nunca.

We stayed for one night and it was everything we needed. Room was a good amount of space and the location was walkable to the areas of interest.
