Breakfast included , if you have any evening tea or Coffie they will charge end of your checkout day , so be careful, they also charging tax on your checkouts I don’t understand if we already paid for our accommodation then why tex need to pay when checkout ? Make sure check and confirm your room size before you go otherwise they will give any room might be leading with small size disappointment so confirm before you fly. NO exhaust fan in the toilets. Overall peaceful , close to all tourist attractions and markets . Value for money staff is good and accommodating and helpful.

Staffs are very pleasant and helpful. 9/10 for staff service. I think the property needs maintenance, shower head was not working so we were using the handheld shower. Some windows can't be opened as it is broken. Loved the aesthetic vibe of the room but furnitures, towels & sheets looked tired if you know what i mean. Also if you're a loud person, you might want to tone it down especially at night time as the rooms are not soundproofed. Wifi is not very reliable inside the room so you need a plan B. Location wise, i liked how it's accessible and can you can walk to other tourist spots.

This guesthouse in the old town of Marrakech isn’t brand new, but it’s quite clean. The breakfast is pretty good.

Beautiful stay at the Raid Awa , very well maintained, clean, excellent staff and a very good location. Breakfast was served daily , selection of breads, fruit, cheese, coffees, tea and cheeses.

Continental breakfast every morning, amazing fresh food but if you are a big eater you may need more food. Riad was spotless from top to bottom. The only most minor thing was the roof walls needed repainting but that is the only let down. We never used the spa so cannot comment on that but 100% reccomend. In the perfect distance from airport and the Souks.

Such a wonderful stay!! The hosts of the Riad were all so nice and accommodating! I celebrated my birthday here and they decorated and even got me a desert! Such a clean and beautiful Riad and very conveniently located!

Breakfast was good, staff nice. Only issue was most of the staff had very little English, but we managed.

We stayed there as a referral and were very happy. Great location for walking, easy to find. Lovely clean rooms and nice sun deck.

A very warm welcome with fresh continental breakfast each morning delivered to us in the peaceful communal seating areas around the riad. Quiet, clean and excellently located within the medina. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were kind, warm and very helpful. We would definitely recommend

Had a fabulous stay at this lovely Riad. All the staff were super friendly and helpful both before & during our stay. We both really enjoyed the Hammam & the massage was exceptional… a perfect way to end our trip. The Riad was spotless & I believe the absolute best location right by the beautiful Kasbah Mosque - a more peaceful area and yet literally 10 mins walk from all the action around Jemaa el Fnaa. And the beds were soooo comfy. HIGHLY recommended

Le riad est situé dans la cashah, au sud de la Médina. La place Djemaa El Fna se trouve à 15-20 mn à pied. Le quartier est calme mais nous avons été un peu déçus. Déjà, les photos ne correspondent pas (ou plus) à la réalité. Nous avons trouvé la maison un peu triste, les tapis, canapés et coussins de la pièce principale sont défraichis. La chambre était correcte mais pareil un peu défraichie. Il manque une table basse ou bureau ou tablette pour pouvoir déposer un plateau de thé, livres, téléphone.... La salle de bains est de bonne taille avec une belle douche mais même chose, pas grand chose pour poser les produits de toilette et trousses, juste un petit tabouret sous le lavabo. Une tablette serait nécessaire. Les peignoirs étaient déchirés et/ou tachés. La terrasse est agréable mais manque également d'un bon entretien : plantes, sol, coussins... Le personnel est charmant et le petit déjeuner très bien. Nous ne retournerons pas dans ce riad.

Riad ia clean with lovely decor, there is a cute rooftop terrace perfect for some downtime. The staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast is fresh bakes from local bakery which is lovely. The wifi is patchy keep that in mind if you need to keep in touch, for me i enjoyed the social media check out. Also because its a riad can be a little chilly in winter.

The Room was clean, the Riad itself looks Amazing on the pics but definitely needs a little bit of a TLC a refresh would bring it up to date again. The Aesthetics do stand out someone has really put some heart and soul into the design and look. What really makes the experience good is the Staff, they are a wonderful Team always smiling and helpful. The Breakfast was good way to start the day.

I had a lovely stay at the Riad Awa , the staff was exception ( they go above and beyond for their guests ), the Riad is located in the edge of the kabash , everything is within walking distance (restaurants , attractions , access to taxis ) . It is a nice quiet oasis away from the hustle of the city . If I ever go back to Marrakesh , I will stay here again .
