2013/05/17～5/20まで滞在しました。・連絡のレスポンス：迅速かつホスピタリティに溢れたご返答をいただきました。　・サービス：フロントをはじめシェフまで非常に気持ちの良い対応で安心できます。主に対応いただいたユニスはまだ勤務して５ヶ月とのことでしたが、とても親切な対応でスタッフ同士の関係もよいのではないでしょうか。最終日は出発が早朝の為、朝食のパッキングやタクシーまでの荷運びも快く対応でした。（タクシーはホテル前まではこれません）　・ホテルの設備等：部屋、テラス、備品等とても清潔で気持ち良く滞在できます。小物もかわいく、毎日、部屋のプチタジンの中のお菓子が変わり嬉しいです。ただ、部屋に外出する際の鍵がないのが少し不安でした。　ホテルの所在位置、利便性：初めての方はおそらくたどりつけないので、迎えを希望した方が無難です。またはチップ覚悟で住民にきく（10ＤＨでも充分）、付きまとわれるのがいやな場合は、周辺の店であればチップを要求されないかもしれません。フナ広場までは少し距離がありますが、町の雰囲気と買い物を楽しみながら歩ける距離です。とにかく、どのスタッフでも気持ち良く対応してもらえるおすすめのリヤドです。

Un Riad veramente splendido in tutti i suoi particolari, dai dettagli alla estrema pulizia ed eleganza in tutte le sue parti comuni. Personale attento,gentile e premuroso in ogni mia richiesta. Ci tornerei anche domani!!!! Per non parlare dei proprietari! Persone stupende!! Grazie mille per questo soggiorno a 5 stelle o forse anche di più.

This is a phenomenal riad. We booked the Sultan suite and highly recommend. Everything was clean and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious. It’s in a busy area but very quiet inside. Would stay again.

Lovely Riad! Beautiful pool and dining area. Rooftop was wonderful to watch the sunset. Very attentive staff — willing to give suggestions, store luggage, arrange taxi, etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing

Wir hatten die sehr geräumige Sultans wieder zu zweit. Es hätte locker eine Familie mit zwei Kindern hinein gepasst. Alles sehr geschmackvoll, sauber und ein bisschen wie 1001 Nacht. Ausgesprochen liebenswürdige Mitarbeiter und ein sehr netter Besitzer.

The Riad is elegant and comfortable, the staff all friendly ( not just polite ) and knowledgeable. Food is excellent. Price is realistic. I will recommend Riad Azoulay to anyone looking for accommodation in Marrakech.

This review is long overdue! We stayed at Riad Azoulay while in Marrakech last November. Our stay at Riad Azoulay ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. Looking back, I wish it had come at the end of our trip instead of the beginning because it was the absolute best place we stayed the entire trip and set the bar almost too high for everywhere else. The Riad and rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious (and very plentiful), but most of all, the staff were all AMAZING. They were all very personable and helpful and patient and we felt almost like we got to know them over the days we stayed. In contrast to our Riad in Fes, which felt more like a hotel, we felt we got a true “Riad” experience here. Additionally, we found the location ideal. We were quite happy to not be in the middle of the main Medina. Instead we were in the spice market which was quieter. We could easily walk to everything and felt very safe even walking at night as there were always lots of people about. If you’ve never been Marrakech, the first time is an experience - we were completely overwhelmed with taking everything in! And trust me on this - I do recommend getting the transport from your train or airport thru the Riad. Everything was seamless and easy - and I can imagine you might have some difficulty finding the Riad, tucked in to a side alley of the spice market, the first time. And let’s just say you get the full experience when they meet you and walk you thru the mark

Absolutely amazing staff, easy check in and beyond accommodating! We forgot the toothpaste in the car which was parked a few minutes walk away. They were so kind to quickly run buy us a tube without us having to go back out. It is the littlest things that are done that make the journey complete. It is a beautiful property, the staff goes over the top to make sure you have a pleasurable stay. It was a pleasant surprise that breakfast was included in our booking. Wish we had more time to stay here. It will forever be a highlight during our time in Maroc. My only wish is everyone finds this space and gets to share in the experience.

Cosy, pretty and perfect for a typical real life Marrakech style

렌트카를 이용해서 숙소를 찾는데 어려움은 있었지만 시장길과 좁은 골목길에 있는 전통 리야드로 직원분들 모두 친절합니다. 스위트에 있었는데 매우 편안하고 청결했습니다. 주차는 좀 불편하나 리야드라는 점 고려하면 문제되지 않습니다. 도보로 관광하기 매우 좋습니다

It was wonderful memory that i've been visit the hotel. Nice staffs and wonderful breakfast. It was really pleasure to visit there.

Everything was perfect chez Azoulay. The owner's warmth, artistic design sense, graciousness is evident in every detail. I treated myself to the royal suite and it was wonderful. Each corner of the spacious apt was well-designed and totally comfortable. The warm staff made me feel at home as a single woman "of a certain age." If you have time, the massage and hammam were so relaxing after a day in the medina. I also took a cooking class with the hotel chef that was a chance to connect in a personal way. Everything went so smoothly, highly recommended!

The room was great and the beauty of the pool, terrace, and lobby area were impressive. We had a great stay here for two nights!

Great place to stay. Amazing food! Staff met me at the taxi drop off to walk me to the Riad. It would’ve been difficult to find the first time but easy to find once you get your bearings. I just wish the mattresses were a bit softer but i would still definitely stay here again
