Room was very good and the staff

The staff were amazing; it was a riad, so if I had stayed there first, then my luxury stays would have been okay, but I did it in reverse, which in turn disappointed me.

Friendly staff, interesting themed accommodation, each room named after celebrities, our was Coco Channel.

Bra läge. Väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Riad ser ut precis som på bilderna men rum vi hade var trängt och fuktskadat. Belysning var svag och badrummet har haft bättre dagar.

Very friendly and helpful staff for majority of our stay. Make sure you prepay for the rooms as if you choose pay on site you might end up victim to the cash machine not working and having to pay it all in cash. Keep your receipt as proof of pay. We lost over an hour with these logistics having to wait around to have the payment sorted.

Helpful, accommodating staff. Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast, freshly made to order.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the staff were ultra friendly and the accomadation was presented exceptionally in an authentic Moroccan style. Located in the Medina, it was great being part of the local friendly community. The area is very safe day and night and has lots of great restaurant options. The souk is close by which provides an interesting walk to the main square.

What a find! The staff were all amazing, reception staff, Abdelkarim, Nourddine, Abdeljalil, Youssef couldn't do enough to make you feel at home. Whilst Khadija, Zoubida and Fatima made amazing different local breakfast every morning. Super location and very traditional. Would recommend for sure. Thanks for a great stay.

A beautiful Riad, on the outer edge of the Medina, 20mins or so to the main square. Beautiful room, well maintained and an incredibly friendly and kind staff. I would highly recommend you stay here when in Marrakech!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr schönen Riad. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich und sehr herzlich! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

I don't understand how this riad gets such a high rating. Please don't get trap by the online pictures. They are embellished. The place is super small, like a cave, dark and soffocating. The person in charge was very rude to us. Please don't believe their lies in their website that if you stay 3 nights or more the transfer from the airport is included. At the end, they will charge you for it. Breakfast is not worth it either. The swimming pool is tiny and dirty. The only area that was ok was the terrace. The room we stayed in was drepessing, poorly designed and you just want to get out of it. We will NEVER recommend this riad. It is a 2 star hotel. Not fabulous at all. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay there. I wish someone would have done it an honest review when we were looking for a place to stay.

The Riad Belle Époque is a small, comfortable and nice place to stay, but what it really distinguishes it is the excellent service of the staff. They are all very kind and generous. They all are excellent persons and are one of my best memories of my stay in Marrakech.

Nice hotel, 15 min walk from the market

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was lovely and room was clean.
