こちらのリャドで4泊しました。とても人通りの多い通りから少し入った所にあるのに、中に入ると外の喧騒が嘘のようにゆったりとした気持ちのいい空間が広がっています。　宿泊した部屋の広さも十分で、居心地が良くてついつい部屋で長居してしまいました。　マラケシュの旧市街の観光名所と新市街の両方に徒歩で行けるので、全ての行きたかった場所を徒歩で見て回ることが出来ました。　

Excellent road. Mohammed is so great and speaks good English. Staff are all wonderful. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at this riad. The location is perfect—it’s situated in the Medina and very close to the Bab Doukala exit, just a quick two-minute walk, which made getting in and out extremely easy. It’s also near a great restaurant called La Famille Berbère. Despite being so well-located, the riad itself is tucked away, very private, and feels extremely safe. The surrounding area is also very safe. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, with someone available 24/7. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our birthdays, they surprised us with a wonderful cake. They also brought our breakfast to our room, which made for a very relaxing and comfortable experience. On the morning of our departure, since we were leaving very early, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast to go for us. The level of care and accommodation was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this riad and would definitely return to this particular one again.

I loved staying at this Riad. Mohammad and the entire staff were so warm and hospitable. Call the hotel when you are on the way so they can expect you. Beautiful stay and recommend it highly. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe and at home.

A lovely stay with a very welcoming and attentive staff. The Riad is just 4 minute walk inside the Dukakis gates and the area is authentic and busy!! The Riad is an oasis in the Medina activity. Dinner on the terrace was lovely as were the breakfasts. Other restaurants are very close by as well. There are about 40 steps up to the terrace area though. Room was well appointed. Thanks for a great 3 day stay.

雖然呢間Riad位於舊城小巷入面,小巷外已是舊城街市街道,但內裏環境完全不嘈吵. Riad內部非常有特色,第一晚到達摩洛哥所以預訂了酒店之晚餐,選了牛肉及羊肉Sweet Tajine,非常新鮮好味！早餐亦是酒店職員新鮮製作-very good! 職員態度親切友善,讓第一次到訪馬拉客什的遊客有不少建議及注意的地方！

Beautiful Riad, attentive staff, amazing breakfast.

Staff were really friendly. They tried to help us as much as possible with all our needs. Breakfast was really good

We absolutely loved this Riad for all the following reasons: 1. Staff were very welcoming from start to finish and accommodating; from preparing 'take away' breakfasts to printing off boarding passes needed for the return trip home at the airport. All at no extra cost. 2. Breakfast was similar each day but something new was added each time and delicious too! 🍳 Every thing was fresh and well prepared. Very filling too. 3. Our room was lovely, so were the other rooms we looked at. Lovely decor, spacious, very comfortable beds and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. 4. The roof top terrace was a lovely retreat after sundown, as during the day it gets very hot in July but that said, there's a lovely shaded area to kick back and relax. On top of that there's an outdoor shower you can access to cool off. 5. The entrance to the Riad is a 5 minute straight walk, if that, from being dropped off at the entrance of the old city but never an issue day or night. Its 7-8 min walk to the central coach station, which you can easily access very cheaply to hit the beaches and escape the heat and hustle of the city or a 20 minute walk to the square, which is a sight and experience at night in particular! 6. The Riad could accommodate a family /party of friends of 13 if you choose, something I would consider doing the next time I visit Morroco as its 10/10 and quiet too. Beautiful place, beautiful experience and worth every penny!

Great all around

Cozy Riad in an easy to access Medina location that has a nice mix of locals and visitors. Staff were very helpful organizing tours and making us feel at home. Greatly enjoyed our breakfasts on the rooftop.

Très bien situé pour explorer la vieille ville. Tranquille tout en étant à proximité des commerces de rue. Excellent service durant tout notre séjour! Le personnel est aux petits soins. J'y retournerais et je recommande!

Riad Chayma is a gem of a hotel with excellent and very efficient staff on hand to deal with any questions. I really couldn’t fault this Riad tucked away in a very busy medina which is very safe and some great places to eat. I will certainly be making a return visit and look forward to it.

We loved staying here. Adii and Mohammed welcome their guests wholeheartedly and are always available for guidance. Excellent location to exlpore the souk and easy walking distance to take a taxi if needed. Nice breakfast on rooftop terrace served by a sweet lady who always had a smile on her face. Our room...Bougainvillea...was spacious and comfortable. The hotel can arrange for pickup at the airport which we found convenient. Definitely a fantastic choice for a stay in Marrakesh.

Accueil chaleureux et agréable. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Le riad est bien placé environ 20 min de marche jusqu'à la place principale. Un peu bruyant mais c'est le charme des Ryad également. Pleins de petits restaurant typique et pas trop chers proche du Ryad.

Non sono rimasta particolarmente soddisfatta . Il personale è molto gentile ,la cena e la colazione sono ottimi e la struttura è in una buona posizione. Quello che non mi è piaciuto sono stati dei costi extra applicati senza preavviso. Ho pagato il servizio colazione e non mi hanno dato la possibilità di avere un take away visto che il mio volo era alle 6 della mattina. Ho richiesto un taxi per l'aeroporto facendolo pagare 30 €. ( 10 € in piu per l'orario). Le camere sono belle ma per essere una suite mi aspettavo un letto piu grande. Bello il bagno. Per due notti ,una cena e servizio taxi per aeroporto ho pagato 480€...
