Our stay at Riad Cle de Sol was absolutely wonderful a real oasis of peace and beauty in the countryside. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Abdoud for his responsiveness and organisation, and to Houssaine and his lovely wife Yussra for their warmth and care throughout our stay. Me and my family left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

It’s a place that has the potential to be beautiful but is so neglected that you can’t see it. Everything looks old and messy. The structure is beautiful, the ceilings, the doors, the garden beautiful. But when it comes to the furniture and linens it’s horrible. See attached photos of the towels. To say they were old is an understatement, they were disintegrating. The curtains look like they have t been touched in 40 years. Also there were cats EVERYWHERE and they try to jump on your table, get into your room when you open the door, one jump into my lap while I was having dinner. To say this is a 5 star hotel is ridiculous and the fact that it has 9.6 in booking its truly inexplicable to me. Note that the staff was very friendly (which I have found to be the case all around Morocco), but I was grateful that I was just spending a night and got here late and left early in the morning. When we got to the room we were horrified (I did not touch the rugs with my feet, and kept my shoes on) , we ended up taking it lightly and laugh about it but really it was really bad. Also, there was not soap/ shampoo ANYTHING in the bathroom.

What a beautiful oasis in the desert! A stunning, traditional riad with the loveliest staff and owners. The food was delicious and generous, and we also sampled the spa which was a lovely treat. We'll definitely be back!

Facilities and the team are awesome, they have answered all our requests, the menu in the restaurant needs to be reviewed no big choice while the chicken skewer was very limited served with vegetables only! I found it very expensive for what it is and what it is offered in the region/ competition. Breakfast was good! Thank you.

Our favorite stay yet! We had the most incredible stay at the Cle Del Sol. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and made us very comfortable. Rooms were excellent and always clean, food was excellent and very authentic (also great portions). It was a quick taxi to the local gardens. We cannot wait to return to this absolute gem of an oasis.

We had a fantastic four day stay, the hotel is quite and very peacful. There were excursion to do if you wanted but nothing was pushed on to you, the food was delicious. I found the whole place and people truly wonderful.

As winter was cold in evenings and early morning and pool too cold to use and issue with heating in dining room and villa. However the staff were excellent especially our chief receptionist Houssine who went above and beyond every time and as a fantastic asset the whole family appreciated. The area is far from Marrakech so if doing any tours from Marrakech you will need to get your own where there however easy to arrange with reception. We arrived late but were very impressed that the kitchen remained open up to close to 11pm and food very nice. Breakfast option limited and same each morning so could do with some variety there Room very nice. A few things needed repairs and updating and shame when we were there the Hamman out of action due to lack of Propane which was ordered but not in time for our stay.

Staff are incredibly friendly. Riad is in a beautiful setting and the suite was very spacious and characterful. Ideal for a quiet get away and venture out to Marrakesh and other excursions as day trips.

At arrival the hotel looked seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. The surroundings was nice and looked like a good place to calm down. Unfortunately it ended there. The food was really not great, and for the prize the took it should have been a lot better. There's no other place in the area to go, so you're stuck eating at the hotel. The first night we got wrong room in terms of what we had ordered, and some of the light did not work. The service was not good, for some reason it felt like everything we asked for was forgotten immediately and we had to ask many times. At checkout we needed to discuss the bill because everything was doubled. Overall it was a bad experience on a hotel with a lot of potential.

We loved our stay at Riad Cle De Sol. The Staff were so lovely, friendly and attentive, however the hotel is located in a very rural area and you will be charged quite a bit for transport to and from the hotel and in and out of the city. We definitely paid more than expected on taxis and transfers. Although a bar is included in the amenities, they do not serve alcohol and the cocktails on the menu are non alcoholic but still delicious - though they should just come under the 'smoothies' section of the menu. There is a fairly limited lunch and dinner menu but the food was delicious, however i would warn about the cats begging at the table while you eat and swarm of wasps which im sure are seasonal, this was a little off putting/ disturbing but not enough to ruin our trip. The Room was beautiful and secluded, very romantic. The house keeping was exceptional, we were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and changing of towels, sheets etc. I would definitely recommend this intimate, beautiful, boutique hotel for a retreat/ relaxing holiday or romantic getaway, however if you're looking to explore a lot and immerse yourself in the culture of the city I would recommend somewhere closer to the centre to avoid spending your days cooped up in a taxi in the moroccan heat.

Loved the peace & tranquility. The staff were delightful & the pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day.

Accueil chaleureux, le service transfert aéroport organisé par l’hôtel est très bien. Le personnel est attentionné et très sympathique. La chambre ELMANSOUR est spacieuse. Nous avions réservé une chambre double supérieur. La climatisation est silencieuse et fonctionne très bien. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants, il fait donc jour dans la chambre très tôt. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres malgré quelques cheveux/poils sur le sol. Le wifi fonctionne très bien lorsque l’on est près des points d’accès en terrasse ou à la piscine. Ce n’est pas le cas dans la chambre malheureusement. L’hôtel est très calme, reposant, esprit jardin très agréable. Très belle piscine, transats confortables. La nourriture est très bonne. Tous les produits sont frais et les plats préparés à la demande. Certains plats/desserts et surtout boissons ne sont pas toujours disponible, notamment plusieurs cocktails et smoothies. Il ne nous a été proposé que du jus d’oranges frais et pressé (délicieux !), des sodas et de l’eau. Nous avions aussi choisi cet hôtel pour profiter du spa qui est malheureusement en travaux, aucun soin n’est possible, et nous ne l’avons su qu’une fois arrivées sur place malgré des demandes de renseignements en amont de notre arrivée. Un très beau séjour dans un écrin de verdure, avec beaucoup de confort et un super personnel !

Fantastic stay, this is the perfect place to relax enjoy the astonishing garden, the rooms are beautiful and unique style. service was perfect. food was great. This is the perfect oasis. Khalid and all his staff are kind and always making sure you get the best experience. I will come back for sure.

Staff were very helpful. The owner was very understanding as we had a family emergency and had to cut our staff short. Coffee and tea facilities in the room would make this perfect.

L’équipe est vraiment parfaite ! Nous avons été dorlotées pendant 1 semaine c’était super. Le cadre est trop beau, ça n’est pas à côté de Marrakech (30min environ) mais ça vaut vraiment le coup pour la tranquillité.

This riad is ideal for a relaxed long weekend away from it all. It is about 30km south of Marrakech which is easily reachable by car or taxi. It is an oasis of calm set in olive groves with a nice pool and plenty of little corners in which to sit and contemplate life! Khalid and the staff are very welcoming and jump to every request. He can organise excursions or advise on outings and is very willing to spend a few minutes talking or leave you alone if that is your preference. It is on our favouritte list.
