Fantastic place , great people working there.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Riad Cocoon. It is an oasis in the middle of the Medina, and I cannot praise it highly enough. The staff are all amazing. We dined at the riad on our first evening, and each dish was delicious. Special thanks must go to Corinne! There are several great restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk too. We had a massage at the riad too, which was fantastic and very much needed after a long day in the souks! I would happily recommended Riad Cocoon to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Riads, wo wir zu Gast waren, bot dieses Riad ein äußerst überschaubares Frühstück an.Selbst auf Bitte, dass ich nicht kein süßes Frühstück mag und nach Käse fragte, wurde nichts anderes angeboten.Das Brot bestand aus aufgetoasteten Brotscheiben, wahrscheinlich mit Brot vom Vortag, denn wer toastet frisches, köstliches Brot auf? Am 2. Tag fragte ich nach einem Omelette, das dann tatsächlich serviert wurde und ab dem nächsten Tag dann bezahlt werden musste, lt.Staff.Ist kein Problem, wenn wenigstens das restliche Frühstück ausreichend ist. Insgesamt ist das ganze Haus sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer/ Toilette ohne Tür, nur ein Vorhang zur Abtrennung. Das Zimmer( Suite) war sauber, der Staff sehr freundlich und nett. Man muss sich auch bewusst sein, dass das Riad relativ klein ist ,aber eine Dachterrasse hat. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut, da man eher am Anfang der Souks ist und es gute Restaurants mit tollen Dachterrassen ( Atay Restaurant/ Limoni uvm.)in der Umgebung gibt. Insgesamt ist das Riad zwischen 3-4 Sternen zu bewerten.

This property was beautiful! In the heart of the Medina. The staff is very warm and welcoming and providing all the tours, transports and dinner reservations requested. The room was beautiful with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning during our next visit to Marrakech.

Property was gorgeous and centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and the spa services were great.

We had a lovely stay at this Riad. The owner and staff were very attentive and the experience was one akin to being a VIP! The location is very walkable to pretty much all the main tourist sites within the Medina area. As a result, we had a lovely stay in Marrakesh.

It was a magical experience with wonderful Moroccan hospitality. Beautiful room and great and friendly service staff.

The riad was nice, lots of character and conveniently located for the souks. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We started with a hamam spa and enjoyed the experience. (first time for both of us) I found the mopeds around the medina were a hazard and the fumes were unpleasant. It took me a couple of days to relax as it was so full on. We tried some roof top great restaurants, walked for miles and soaked up the vibrancy of Marrakech. Our hot air balloon trip was a highlight for both of us. A trip to Marrakech has been on the bucket list for a long time, and I'm really glad we went.

It was spectacular! The service was great. Extremely caring and kind. The Riad was peaceful. I will no doubt come back. Highly recommend Coccoon Riad.

We had the most amazing experience staying here. We were guided for all the best places to see and best places to eat. The location was perfect for wandering and being emersed in Marrakech! All thw people we met from our day tours and the people that qorked at the Riad and the lovely Corinne who owns it were all amazing, we had the absolute best trip because of our decision to stay at this Riad.

We stayed here for 4-nights at the end of April during Ramadan and what a time we had. Corrine has an exceptional Riad just a 2-minute walk from being in the Medina, but you would think you’re nowhere near as it’s so peaceful. Everything about the stay was amazing and Corrine and the team make you feel at home and are able to help with everything. They provided us with excellent recommendations on places to eat, drink, and visit, which made our time in Marrakech much better. Jemaa was great and always able to help us with any questions and really made our stay at Riad Cocoon! He was always on hand to help with issues with our room, any questions we had about Marrakech or Morrocan culture and he made our stay much more interesting and relaxing. The food prepared by the riad is sensational, the breakfast each morning is incredible and the chef is amazing, and I would highly recommend having at least one meal at the riad as it provides much more authentic cuisine. All in all, would 100% visit Marrakech again and would not hesitate to stay at Riad Cocoon!!

The riad is beautifully and imaginatively furnished and appointed, with personal touches everywhere. Corinne and her staff took such good care of me for my six-night stay, going out of their way to offer suggestions and even making a wonderful herbal infusion when I came down with a travel cold. We had a great stay, The whole staff team go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best it can be. We had a meal in the Riad a private dining experience with log fire and great food and wine. Driss is SO helpful organising taxi’s and making sure everything is taken care of. Breakfast was super, warm crepes and good coffee. Highly recommended
