サイトの写真を見て、素敵なインテリアに惹かれて予約しました。従業員はみな笑顔で親切でした。たまに頼んでおいたことを忘れてしまうこともありましたが、もう一度言えばやってくれるので問題ありませんでした。 部屋は快適でしたが、シャワーの水圧がとても低い上に、３人部屋なのに３人続けてシャワーが浴びれない(２人目の途中くらいで水になってしまう)のと、排水管がつまりやすくすぐ水がたまってしまいました（シャワーも洗面も）。従業員がラバーカップで改善してくれましたが、翌日にはまたつまってしまい、古い建物なのでもう仕方がないものと我慢しました。 朝食が美味しく、毎日少しずつパンの種類やフルーツの種類が変わるので飽きませんでした。夕食も一度いただきましたが、どれも美味しかったです。 ホテル内でマッサージも受けられます。希望すれば車で１５分くらいのところのハマムにも連れて行ってくれます。 リヤド内にエレベーター、部屋にテレビ、湯沸かし器、歯ブラシ、内線電話などはありません。疲れると３階までの階段が辛かったけれど、重い荷物は従業員に運んでもらえるし、携帯電話でフロントに電話をかければ従業員が部屋まで上がってきてくれます。 英語も問題なく通じます。 １週間の滞在で、タオルは毎日交換してくれましたが、シーツの交換と床の掃除はありませんでした。お水は頼めば１リットルのペットボトルを持ってきてくれますが、有料です。 リアドの前までは車が入れないので、歩いて２分くらいの車道まで出てからじゃないとタクシーには乗れませんが、奥まっている分静かだし、ドアのブザーを鳴らして開けてもらわないとリアドに入れないようになっているので安心でした。

Schönes Riad, gute Lage, freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett. Hamam und Massage ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Das Einzige was es zu Bemängeln gibt, das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab.

This place is very nice. The staff is extremely kind and all of them seemed genuinely happy. The food was some of the best I have ever had. To put more perspective, we ate at a Michelin star restaurant in Amsterdam a few days before arriving in Morrocco. The chef at the Riad Dar Alfarah could easily hold her own against a Michelin star chef, it was that good. We ordered the Lamb and the Moroccan Pastilla.

Beautiful property, with very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was smiling and welcoming, they did their best to make us feel comfortable. But I had called beforehand to shorten my stay which was confirmed on the phone and at check-in. Nevertheless, the manager managed to steal 5 nights by saying he had no idea. Hotels.com was helpless. I am truly disgusted and can only advise to avoid this place because of their dishonesty. That was not acceptable and left a very bitter taste about Morocco, Marrakech and Hotels.com.

En opplevelse og ikke et vanlig hotellopphold. Rolig og fredelig sted i Medinaen. Enkelt med et fantastisk og servicevennlig personale, som ikje vet hva godt de kan gjøre for deg.

I have been to Marrakesh 5 times and this was by far the best visit mostly because of this Riad. Not only was it excellent value for money for the luxury of the place, room and breakfast but the service was second to none. Mohammad was the best host and we felt like we were staying at his home rather than a multi-bedroom Riad.

première fois que nous séjournons dans un riad marocain, j’ai mis des jours à choisir THE riad où nous nous sentirions dépaysé dans un riad ambiance 1001 nuits, je ne me suis vraiment pas trompé en choisissant ce riad. Personnel accueillant, souriant, disponible tout en étant très discret. La décoration un mélange de traditionnel et de modernité, piscine chauffée, cadre reposant et reposant. Nous avons eu l’occasion de dîner au bord de la piscine un soir avec bougies et pétales de roses, quoi de plus romantique. Nous avons tout simplement adoré.

Parto dal pagamento che è stato la sorpresa peggiore. Expedia mi ha fornito il costo in euro (già abbastanza salato per la località) alla prenotazione, da saldare in loco. Il prezzo si è rivelato non adeguato allo standard offerto, ma oltre a questo è stato fatto il conto nella valuta locale con un cambio soggettivo altissimo (cosa assurda) e a questo è stato aggiunta una commissione del 3,5% per il pagamento con carta di credito (cosa che ci viene specificata all'arrivo ma non da expedia precedentemente e chi paga in contanti?) Trovo queste ultime pratiche molto poco corrette tanto da rendere inaccettabile il rapporto qualità prezzo! Peccato perchè basterebbe poco per rendere il posto perfetto e per non far sentire il cliente "fregato". La struttura si trova in posizione ideale, 500 mt dalla piazza, nella medina ma fuori dal caos della Kasbah. In sè il riad è piacevole, buon colpo d'occhio all'arrivo. Il ricevimento buono e buoni anche i servizi accessori (anche se non funzionante la SPA). Discreta anche la colazione sebbene un po' limitata. La camera è molto basic, non molto pulita, con scendiletto macchiati, tolti dopo la segnalazione fatta in una precedente recensione e senza i servizi fondamentali: abbiamo avuto un salviettone da bagno a testa ed una salvietta da viso da usare in 4. Le salviette sono arrivate solo dopo due giorni e altrettante richieste. Non aspettatevi televisione, frigobar o set di cortesia in bagno... solo saponetta per le mani e dispenser in doccia.

It’s very quiet and good location. Very clean rooms but breakfast was limited. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

‘We zijn met de taxi van het hotel toe gekomen : prijs 25€ ,is wel aan te raden want anders vind je nooit de riad, we werden vriendelijk onthaald met duidelijke uitleg en glaasje munt thee. De riad ligt op 10 min stappen van het plein , is rustig gelegen maar toch centraal , ontbijt was goed maar sober. Jammer dat zwembadje nooit in de zon komt en beneden ligt. We hebben lunch genomen in de riad en dat was voortreffelijk, superlekker en op terras boven in zonnetje, zalig !

Perfect location, with gorgeous terrace and hospitality. Really couldnt have asked for better place to stay. So peaceful and tranquil.

Staff were excellent. Manager, Mohammad, Reception, chambermaids, everyone gave us very good service and made us feel welcome.

Séjour très agréable au Riad Dar Alfarah, tout le personnel est souriant et très serviable. Magnifique piscine et patio sur le toit. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir quand il fera un peu plus chaud :)

Khalid was very helpful and friendly and made our stay comfortable. The riad was in a great location in the quiet kasbah area. The property was maintained to a good standard.

We were trying to get in touch with you! We didn’t stay at the hotel. And the owner and manager said if we will contact you. You will refund our money. It was terrible- did not do justice to pictures and reviews. Sorry it was a disaster
