We had a lovely four night stay at this Riad. The staff were lovely and the Riad beautiful and lovely and clean. A lovely breakfast on the roof terrace was a great start to each day. The position is great, right in the centre of the Souk area, but the hotel was very quiet so always had good nights on the very comfortable bed.

This was a Riad attached to another one with a shared reception. The breakfast was great and the room very beautiful. It had a separate seating area and the Riad was very quiet. Very accommodating staff and great location (after the porter with the cart and your bafs figures out where it is :).

Although the Riad is exceptionnally beautiful and comfortable, it is rather difficult to acces through a maze of back alleys and tunnels. Ths staff is very helpful and understanding, especially Yasin and Amina. The Riad is clean and the food is very good. I would recommend it for seasonned travelers.

This is such a beautiful riad with very friendly service. They will make you feel like you’re home. I would also recommend you order dinner here - it’s one of the best meals I had in Morocco and you can eat it on the rooftop terrace with wonderful views. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The riad itself is beautiful and authentic.

AWFUL Place. It's not a 4-star hotel as it promotes; it is a house guest and a poorly run one. The rooms are dirty and not well kept; the carpets looked like they have not been clean in months. The water pressure in the shower was little next to none. The bed in the room was broken down the mattress made it impossible to sleep. There are no facilities, like places to eat or drink, free or paid. The Hotel is hard to find, it is deep inside the Medina, and you have to walk in some dark alleys with no proper signs to find the hotel. Overall, AVOID this property, there are more convenient and better places you can stay in the Medina or outside of it. If you are looking for a nice place to rest and relax while exploring the city, this is not the place to stay. If you already booked please cancel and book another place. Otherwise, they will try to charge the whole amount or another amount that come up at their discretion.

Il silenzio

We stayed during Feb half-term, in the quest of some winter sunshine. We had a wonderful time, Right in the heart of the old town, but the hotel was so calm and peaceful. They looked after us extremely well, and collected us from the airport - just as well as we would never have found the place by ourselves... Note for future guests - they meet you outside the terminal building

Very challenging to find, eveb with the help of two locals. But once there, it was a nice location

Location close to popular places and very quiet.you need to walk to the riad because the taxi can’t drive in narrow street other than that good place for a family

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce riad, la chambre était magnifique et très propre. Le personnel était au top et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Riad très calme. Merci encore à vous tous et surtout merci à karim 😉

It was a short time but very pleasure

It was amazing everyone was very friendly and Yassine was an exceptional host! The Riyadh was beautiful and quiet very close to the square but far enough away to be calm. We felt like we were staying in a palace!

Beautiful gem in perfect, quiet location in the medina!

We loved our stay at Riad Dar Zaya. The place was beautiful, our room was lovely and the host was very helpful and hospitable. Would also definitely recommend having dinner in the Riad, one of the best meals we had in Marrakech!

Good: Beautiful building, large comfortable room, in centre of Medina, Only 3 rooms so very quiet. Bad: Toilet had faeces marks, room wasn't made or cleaned during the day. Breakfast very basic. Premises were hard to find and area did not feel safe at night
