一人で利用。スタンダードルーム。内装は綺麗で中は大変静かで落ち着く環境で文句なし。スタッフも穏やかで人の良い印象で良かった。朝、小鳥のさえずりが聞こえてくるのが素敵。ここがある意味一番のポイントかもしれない。 朝食はフルーツがあるときと無いとき(卵焼きが代わり)がある。量は申し分ないが、朝食のグレードはもう少し高いと嬉しい所。近所で食事もでき、治安も不安なし。シャワーも熱い湯がよく出てる。私は諭吉以下で泊まったが、申し分ないと感じた。ありがとう

The property was so beautiful. We loved our whole stay it was such a warm welcome and each day we were met with so much kindness from the staff. I am gluten free and was well taken care of at breakfast- they were excellent at ensuring I ate safely and well. The location is fantastic, so easy to get to all the great sights of the city. We felt so safe in the area and had access to everything we needed. Our new years celebration was so special and appreciated the help of the Riad with taxis and more. Thank you Achraf and team!

La stanza Royal molto bella, il personale molto cortese

Le responsable du riad, M Achraf a été très attentionné dès notre arrivée ainsi que tout au long de notre séjour. La "Chambre Royale" est absolument superbe, d'une propreté irréprochable et la déco est de très bon goût. Le petit déjeuner copieux était composé d'aliments frais et en abondance. Tous nos remerciements à l'ensemble du personnel, le responsable M Achraf, le gardien de nuit, la préposée au ménage et la cuisinière qui nous ont permis de passer un séjour de très grande qualité. Assurément nous reviendrons..

Favoritt Riad på hele turen! Alt var så rent, luktet så godt og alle som jobbet der var så hjelpsomme. Vil også gi en shoutout til frokosten som var kjempegod og det faktum at de som jobber der husker hvordan du liker å ha eggene dine! Kunne virkelig ikke vært i bedre hender enn på dette stedet. Vibe 10/10

It was an amazing stay! They asked what we wanted for breakfast, and it tasted so good! The bed was comfortable and Clean, the sheets were so soft! The room was very nice!! The only thing - is that it gets humide in the room, its an old building so maybe the ventilation system isnt as good, but we could use the air condition freely which was amazing!

Riad splendide , totalement rénové dans un quartier secure et proche de tout dans la partie centrale de la medina et proche de la place et des souks .Personnel aux petits soins . Repas excellents et variés . Tout a ete parfait . Je le recommande a tous . Merci pour ce sejour inoubliable et a bientôt

Really nice Riad in a quiet area, large rooms, lovely staff, breakfast wasn't varied, not a problem for a very short stay, but by the 4th day..... It's easy to walk to the main part of town and there are plenty good restaurants nearby.

Definitely recommend! Beautiful place and the people especially Karim went out of their way to make us comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast every morning, and Karim gave us many pointers of other places to go. It was our first time in Marrakesh and it was a beautiful trip This is a great well priced beautiful place to stay

a real luxury oasis

Loved staying at this Riad - very welcoming, friendly, helpful. Gave an authentic experience of staying in Marrakech. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. I was a bit hesitant to stay here compared to a hotel but so glad that we did!

I liked the Hotel. It is the same as in the pictures. Khalil, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The rooms and the bathroom were very comfortable, and the AC was perfect. The only issue I had was when I arrived at the hotel from the airport. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, so taxis from the airport don't leave you on the doorstep. Communication with the taxi driver was limited due to language barriers, and his instructions to get to the hotel were very unclear. I had to talk to three random people asking for help to get to the hotel. (I didn't have internet on my phone; maps would have helped. So keep that in mind) Overall, the hotel experience was very pleasant and comfortable.

It was our first trip to Marrakesh and unfortunately for us, we chose to stay in the Medina. It’s a very noisy, dirty, colourful area that is full on craziness the whole time. Our Riad was half way up the Rue De La Kasbah, about a 15 minute walk to the main square. Access was via a very dirty alleyway. The whole area is generally noisy, filthy and bustling with people, cars, exhaust fumes and tons of mopeds that drive quickly through the narrowest of lanes, many oblivious to pedestrians. With hindsight, we should have just visited this area, preferably at night and definitely not stayed there. The Riad was nicely arranged with a small indoor pool, which we didn’t use and our spacious room was on the first floor. There was no basic facilities in the room like bottled water, tea/coffee making or a TV. The whole room requires updating, especially the bathroom, where water from the bath taps leaked onto the floor and the shower hose was very old and frayed. Lighting in the room was not very bright but the lamp shades were beautiful. Khalid the manager and his colleagues were very friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned on time.

Lovely riad tucked away in the Marrakech kasbah close to historical sights and great restaurants.

Wonderfully quiet and calm

Magnifique Riad un peu éloigné de l’action du souk principale (ce qui est une excellente chose). Terrasse agréable, site enchanteur et personnel très accueillant. Seul défaut de notre voyage est l’absence de douche dans la chambre, seul un bain avec doucette était disponible
