On arrival (the Riad sorted return taxis at a great price), served with traditional mint tea and homemade baked goods - such a lovely attention to detail.
Facilities fantastic, entirely bespoke rooms and beautiful decor. Turndown service and daily cleaning were immaculate.
Breakfast delicious - fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes made to order.
Staff were all so accommodating, kind and enthusiastic. I was travelling solo, staying at Riad Hikaya whilst friends stayed at another hotel, however I definitely feel I lucked out with my choice to stay here.

We stayed in a few different riads throughout our time in Marrakesh and this one was so beautifully decorated, with plenty of common spaces to mingle, eat, relax. We loved the rooftop, even in chillier weather. The decor is so beautiful throughout the riad and we loved our room.

The Riad Hikaya was a wonderful all round experience- both a haven from the frenetic world of Marrakech and its lively streets and wonderful opportunity to absorb some of the culture of Morocco. The staff were outstanding- so friendly and nothing was too much trouble- always replying 'It my pleasure' and it really felt sincere.
The decor and the food were traditional and the spa treatments were wonderfully local and certainly helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday.
Thank you to all the team at Riad Hikaya- we will be back on day when we return to Morocco- thank you for making our holiday so joyful

Petit coin de paradis dans le quartier de la Kasbah. Le Riad est magnifique, bien décoré et équipé. La terrasse en rooftop offre une vue sur les montagnes enneigées. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins avec les clients. La restauration est de très bonne qualité. Excellent séjour au Riad Hikaya.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)

The rooms were wonderful. I only had 1 night there and came back a few days later. The staff is amazing, so courteous and super helpful. Their breakfast was also amazing! We felt like royalty! I absolutely recommend.

We could not have asked for a better stay stay. The riad is gorgeous, and the staff there are incredibly kind. From the initial greeting by the manager throughout our entire stay, they did a great job making us feel at home. We look forward to a return visit and to staying at the Riad Hikaya again.

This was a lovely Riad in the old medina. The room was great, the staff were very very helpful. Be sure to get a hamman scrub and a massage. It was excellent! We also enjoyed the roof top and ate breakfast up there and also enjoyed a glass of wine up there in the evening. The Riad is walking distance to many things in the old medina.
