部屋は広くて快適。 ホテルの方がとても親切で、道を間違えたら迎えに来てくれたり、お店を教えてくれたり、ホスピタリティがすごい。 朝食も新鮮で美味しかった。 とても良い思い出になりました。

This place was all around perfect. The level of service and attention received was on another level. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in the medina.

Perfect hospitality in the heart of the Medina. Would definitely recommend the airport transfer, which included a porter to wheel luggage through the car-free heart of the city. The Riad itself was a haven of calm, with attentive staff and a great roof terrace. Highly recommended.

Den beste plasseringen - midt i markedet med kort vei til det meste. Samtidig veldig stille og avskjermet. Utrolig god service! De hjalp til med alt vi spurte om, rommet var strøkent til enhver tid, frokosten ble servert akkurat når det passet oss - og på takterrassen når vi ønsket det. Deilig å ligge på takterrassen - på en god solseng med et stort deilig håndkle - og sole seg i tilnærmet stillhet. Vi har hatt et utmerket opphold!

The property and staff were wonderful. Apple and goggle maps were not even close to getting us to the property. Hire a small tuk tuk to get you after taxi ride

Great stay. Beautiful place well maintained and exceedingly clean. Amazing breakfast. Had dinner the first night and it was tasteless and dry as well as being very expensive. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The place was very convenient and comfortable. Fannan was so helpful and friendly all the time. I wasn’t feeling well and they got me boiled potatoes and special foods to accommodate my upset stomach. It just felt like home away from home. I can’t ask for a better hotel. Noureddine was helpful in every way. It was nice to stay within Madina walls to explore the neighborhood thoroughly.

It was a last minute booking and was the perfect choice! A short walk from Jemma El-Fnaa and many other key places. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were attentive, friendly, warm, and helpful. My room was cleaned no less than twice a day! The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient to start my day. The hotel itself is such a peaceful oasis in a busy neighborhood. The design is elegant and modern. The bed, pillows and linen felt luxurious and inviting, especially after a day of long walks and site visits. I highly recommend Riad Joya!!!

Wonderful accommodating staff! Good kitchen. Location is exceedingly difficult to find coming by taxi and “on foot” from the square. You will need a helper. This is the old city…get it? Very comfortable hotel once you are ensconced. This area of the city is really not for inexperienced travelers.

So lovely, couldn’t have been quieter or nicer & more helpful staff. Felt like they went above & beyond to help in any way. Would love to stay again.

The world could tumble and we would still feel safe and comfortable. this place is exactly at the pictures, and the people taking care of you and this place are the most friendly, helpfull and caring souls. Loved every second and can´t wait to get back.

We are not usually moved to write reviews online but our long weekend in Marrakech at Riad Joya was perfect. The Riad is a beautiful Oasis of calm in the bustle of the Medina, and our room was just wonderful, but the staff are the reason we write. From the moment we were met at the nearest drop off point for the medina and our luggage was carted to our Riad (we certainly wouldnt have been able to find it without him!). The staff tended to our every need from booking our restaurants, escorting us to our pick up point for tours, sharing their local knowledge and ensuring we were most certainly home away fom home. Our room was even made up twice a day and so spotlessly clean. Riad Joya you were indeed a joy and if we didn't have work tomorrow we would have been extending our stay!

Excellent stay in Marrakesh. The property is very central located close to the Djemaa el Fna and the souks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greeted us on the first day with tea and they helped us with everything that we asked for.Each time we left the room, the staff came in and cleaned the room. For sure they pay a lot of attention on cleaning, which is excellent. The breakfast was also amazing and they also have a nice roof top terrace where you can enjoy the sun. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Marrakesh!:)
