Staff was excellent. Beautiful Riad!

Todo, pero lo más sobresaliente fue la atención tanto del personal como de los propietarios.

Kontakt hotellet minst et døgn før ankomst, og du blir plukket opp av en taksi som skylter ditt navn på flyplassen. I byen blir du satt av på Mellah-plassen og fulgt gjennom smaugene til hotellet ( ca 150 m å gå) av en hotellansatt

Le Riad est bien situé, distance de marche raisonnable du centre de la Médina. Personnel serviable et accueillant.

Mi estancia en este Riad de Marrakech fue absolutamente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento me sentí acogida gracias a un personal increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gracias Yassmine por vuestra hospitalidad, la interacción fue cálida y profesional, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía más especial. La decoración del Riad Kalé Polis es simplemente preciosa: cuidada hasta el último detalle, elegante y llena de encanto. Cada espacio transmite autenticidad y armonía, creando un ambiente único que invita al descanso y a disfrutar de cada rincón. Amé la habitación Atlas . En resumen, una experiencia excepcional que recordaré con muchísimo cariño. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver y que recomendaría sin dudarlo. Maryline Pena

Sweet place, tucked away at the end of an alley (not directly accessible by car, but the hotel staff comes on foot to meet you from where the taxi drops you off, and helps you carry your luggage back to the taxi at the end.) Everything is built around a beautiful courtyard where you eat your meals, and there are stairs that lead you up a few flights to a really cool, eclectic-feeling rooftop with a small enclosed pool, which is great for views and listening to the call to prayer and working/relaxing on the sun loungers. It’s very nice but not “luxurious”, but it’s priced well and the service is what really makes this place. Everyone is so kind and eager to help in any way they can. They have a little restaurant and will cook you anything you order from scratch on the spot (!). They also have a small spa where I got a wonderfully relaxing massage for cheap! Overall, this place feels like a calm and safe little oasis in a crazy busy and slightly overwhelming city! Can’t wait to come back.

This Riad is within 3 minute to small plaza area with shopping and eating options. It is a 15 minute walk to the main medina. The Riad is very clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious including yougurt, fruit, egg, pastry and other bread type options. Always fresh squeezed OJ. Even on our early start days they privided us with a breakfast to go. The small dipping pool does not have a ladder and I did not want to chance getting stuck. Rooms are good size. Water pressure not the best but not the worst. We had them meet us at the airport. It was $50 but he waited for us as our flight was late. May have been hard the first time. I would use this Riad should we visit Marrekesk again. I would recommend the restaurant Mahla which is near the Riad. Also the small plaza is where tour groups will meet you.

Muy buen trato y muy centrico

Moment hors du temps dans ce riad traditionnel. Tout était parfait. Les massages sont exceptionnels Et que dire de la gentillesse du personnel ! On se sent comme à la maison tout en étant traité comme des princes.

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil, le personnel, le Riad , la Psicine, la restauration, les services proposés, kassim le patron est adorable …. Nous reviendrons merci pour tout et pour votre accueil

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this Riad if you are staying in Marrakech. All in all, 10/10.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Riad Kalè Polis, situé dans une ruelle calme à deux pas de la médina. L’emplacement est idéal : la place Jemaa el-Fna est à 10-15 min à pied, via une traversée des souks vivants et dépaysants, parfaite pour découvrir l’ambiance locale. Le riad offre une atmosphère paisible. Les chambres climatisées sont impeccables, avec une literie confortable et un linge de maison (lit et toilette) toujours propre et renouvelé, digne d’un service hôtelier. Les petits-déjeuners, servis dans la cour intérieure, sont copieux et variés, mêlant produits marocains et occidentaux, avec des changements chaque jour. L’accès à la piscine, libre jour et nuit, est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir ou se détendre à tout moment. Anne-Marie, la gérante, est agréable et professionnelle. Cherkaoui, le responsable, a veillé à ce que tout se passe bien, avec bienveillance et d’excellents conseils. Le personnel est discret, attentionné et toujours souriant. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et reviendrai sans hésiter.

Un lugar maravilloso en el corazón de Marrakech. La comida es deliciosa y el trato del staff excelente. Altamente recomendable ;)
