リヤド クサール アル ジャディーダ

世界遺産ポルトガルの貯水槽に近く、ロケーションは良いと思います。一般にリアドは看板等が無く、見つけるのに苦労しますが、リヤド クサール は看板も有り、分かり易いと思います。シャワーはお湯もたっぷり出て、良かったですが、トイレ辺りから少し水漏れが有ったのが減点1。フロントのおじさんは英語がある程度通じるのでコミュニケーションには困りませんでした。水漏れ以外は全て快適でした。

So obviously the hotel industry is hurt during the pandemic, but the description of this hotel is misleading. It promised bottled water and welcome drinks: neither were available as the hotel doesn’t have the money for it anymore. In the room I was in was an ant graveyard - countless dead ants over all surfaces (counter, toilet, shower, toilet paper, even some in the bed). I spent the first 30 minutes of my stay cleaning up the room with sanitary wipes. Grime, cobwebs, and dead ants covered wipe after wipe. No TVs in the hotel work on account of lack of money. All the lightbulbs in my room were missing due to lack of income. It’s clear this place has fallen on hard times but it’s a farce to still call it a 3.5 star hotel. The location, however, is perfect as you’re in a 16th century Portuguese fortress

Location is great -- in the medina in El Jadida; hotel nicely put together.

The condition of the riad has been ignored for a while. The condition that the building is in is not as good as the pictures show. For example, part of the shower door was missing in my bathroom.

Our first experience in a Moroccan riad could not have been better. It is exactly what we imagined - cosy, friendly, not touristy. Just lovely. Great location right inside the Portuguese City walls.

We had a pleasant stay. Our room was nice and the people were friendly and helpful. Location was great and the front patio was pleasant for breakfast. The only problem was the hotel description in hotels.com was not up to date. For example, when we arrived we found out the restaurant, bar, and daily manager's reception were no longer available. Apparently they had an agreement with the hotel next door to share facilities but it was terminated. Even so, we would stay there again.

Tolles Haus, schöne Zimmer, Dachterrasse mit Ausblick zum Frühstück, netter Service - rundum gut!

Very friendly welcoming staff and fabulous decor. Small riad with a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Would return to El Jadida just for the pleasure of staying here again

Close to shops an restaurants inside the medina and within walking distance to beach and shopping in the town

The hostes were perfect checking in and out every request was perfect I have given you enough your Expedia apt is asking too much therefore I will stop responding nnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Generous breakfast, safe and clean. Limited area attractions.

Nice old House aswell as the town. It makes you feel like you are transladed into the medieval days. Very old city with very old buildings. Very nice people.

The people are wonderful and helpful. The riad itself is a bit run down and the lobby bathroom needs to have something repaired to alleviate the odor coming from it. I like a hotter shower but it is liveable. Loved having breakfast on the patio. Easy walk to shopping, fishing, park and the beach

Warm welcome, very pleasant and helpful staff, well situated in the medina of a small Portuguese walled town. Good internet. Better to take breakfast in small modern cafe opposite entrance to medina.
